"It's pretty good. The location isn't too far from Jakarta, and the place is comfortable. I booked the cheapest room; even though it was small, it was clean and decent. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted fine. There's an outlet next to the bed. I bought a really nice Xmas berry here. The roads are very hilly, going up and down, so it might be a bit difficult for older people. There's a buggy car from the lobby. It's a shame there's only one chair outside the room. The TV is mounted high, so you have to lie down to watch it. Otherwise, everything else is perfect."

GGuest UserI love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

GGuest UserI stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

Breakfast ok, there's movie room for kids, and kids club (different room with movie room), you can have 1 extra bed per room, since the room only 21m².

AayumutiahOur first memorable experience at JSI Resort. The accommodation was super complete, clean, and well-maintained. Although there was an issue with a dirty blanket and no water, the staff responded immediately. The price was very budget-friendly for such comprehensive facilities. We also got an early check-in, able to access our room by 12 PM. You can drive your vehicle directly to your room, or a buggy car is available to take you. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there's a mini zoo, as well as outdoor and indoor playgrounds. We will definitely come back here again.

NNovandi Hartantowe have to go to the check in point first to catch a shuttle because access to the hotel location is not vehicle friendly. you will be contacted by the hotel staff for details of the check in point, coincidentally yesterday I had an obstacle where the hotel staff could not contact me to provide information on the check in point because according to the hotel staff, Trip.com gave them the wrong contact information of mine.

AAnonymous UserHad a great time with friends here. Nice location, nice ambiance, helpful staffs, great experience. Room is great, but the toilet is quite small for some people with big/tall figures. The shuttle is helpful eventhough it was out of service for a couple of times. But the distance from parking lot to the lobby is not that far.
They only have 1 shuttle car for all guests. It would be great if Bobocabin provide more shuttle to the lobby, bcs the capacity for 1 shuttle is just for 3 persons and we need to wait for the car to go back and forth.

TTresa SThis hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye.
However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough.
Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.
