Bogor Regency Hotels with Balcony

Getting the room key took forever. We arrived and registered at 9 AM, then explored the whole place, and had to wait until 3 PM. At 3 PM, I asked again for the second time about the key, and only then was it given to me. Oh my goodness, it was really tough with three small kids. So all the guests and their belongings were piled up in the lobby, making it super crowded like a market. It's so different from other 5-star hotels where if you arrive early, the room is provided sooner, so guests don't pile up in the lobby. And once we finally got a room, it was at the very end, with a really creepy backyard, and the front of the room was dirty. I was so shocked and disappointed, completely below my expectations. The staff managing the WhatsApp chat also seemed unfriendly when answering messages, unlike the direct hotel staff who were very friendly. The food at Damar is delicious and a must-try when swimming. Breakfast was also good, and there are many play areas for kids, and you can even feed animals. I hope Pullman Ciawi can improve in the future.

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

We booked a deluxe premier room and requested anniversary decorations. To our surprise, upon entering the room, there were decorations and a cake, exactly as requested (not all hotels accommodate requests like this in our experience). There are many facilities for children, including kids' activities. It's perfect for a family staycation, and there are many good restaurants in the area around the hotel too. Had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Bogor Raya. The hotel is clean, modern, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and tasted great. The location is peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind while still being accessible to the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻

Huge thanks to the Pesona Alam team! I received a free room upgrade, which was incredibly memorable, especially since July marks both our anniversary and our first child's birthday. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, the room was clean, amenities were complete, and the bellboys, security, and receptionists were all very friendly. Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

Pretty good! The environment is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete. It has a very Indonesian feel to it! The outdoor swimming pool is quite unique and different from typical hotels, and there's also a sports field. Plus, you can play golf.

Overall okay, tapi oh tapi gada sinyal + wifi lemah. Sad betttt. Kayanya better kalo kesini jangan pas holiday seasons yaa biar bisa hikmat healingnyaa wkwkw🫶🏻
