GGuest UserStaying here for our anniversary was a unique experience for us. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. Everything still feels new, and it's definitely worth it. The only thing is that some facilities and areas are still under development as it's a soft opening. Hope we can stay again in the future!

DDavidzzVery nice, really enjoy nature, but because the position is not too high, still in the Megamendung area, so it's not too cold. Finding the lobby is also very difficult, there are no clear directions. But I will come back again. Thanks.

This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming.
The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience.
Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

GGuest Userdari proses ci cepet karna memang sepi ya serta fo ramah dan informatif for guest, untuk room kebersihannya masih kurang. sheet lecek & spot, the bathroom was old and lots of watermark even on their tumblers. notice the dusty please, Breakfast diantar lebih cepat dibanding yang kami mau, but woww makanannya enak enak next jika kesini harus coba yang lain juga. lebih bagus kalau pas dapet open buffet. pemandangannya oke banget dengan suasana yang mendukung jugaa, ga terlalu jauh buat ke puncak. fasilitas yang di sediakan juga oke bngt untuk harga segini. but when co, fo staff tidak ada nanya apapun tentang pengalaman menginap dll only take the RFID.
Overall, it's a place worth revisiting, but there's still work to be done to make it even better.
You can do better than this, especially with low occupancy 🥰

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

GGuest UserI stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

AAnonymous UserIts a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it.
The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid.
The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy.
Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast.
Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound.
So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel.
However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities.
Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.
