BBiyanThe rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better.
The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added.
For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited.
The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

AagathadescaGood place for staycation with loved ones. As we celebrate anniversary, hotel arrange small decoration on the mirror and give us anniversary cake. Location superb good, breakfast have a lot of selections. We enjoy the evening pool bar and dinner at madcow restaurant. Price wise and would definetly come back!

GGuest UserSlippers are comfy, adult pool is cold water, kiddie pool has warm water. Location is near the safari, but our room facing the front is noisy with motorcycle sounds. Poor soundproof, can hear next door peeps moving stuff and talking. Mosquitoes in the room (we kill 4 and still got bitten! and room cleanliness is not up to standard as when we check in the sink got toothpaste mark). The toilets got no doors so it will stink the whole room if you go potty.

AApriditiaEasy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience.
The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation.
Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

AAhmed QarniWe had a wonderful stay at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for relaxing with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the facilities like the pool and spa were excellent. The location is great too, close to Taman Safari. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to come back again.

Parking is circling, even though there are still many empty ones, but covered with cones.
The receptionist is rude, and after breakfast, the room can no longer be accessed, even though it is still far from check out time, so you have to go downstairs again to ask for access, and there is no explanation or apology from the receptionist.
For the restaurant, the service is good, and the food is delicious.
