Kanchenjunga excellent view from room 104 and cafeteria. Close proximity of mall, central markets, railway station, Mahakaal Temple and Nightingale Park.

The property is pretty good. The staff is very friendly and actively try to make their guests' stay better. The location is not the best, so advise people to rent a car and travel around siliguri.

It was really extremely nice & comfortable stay for 3 nights at the hotel. All the staffs were cordial. Rooms were big & with beautiful view of the valley with kanchanjungha. Onlyslight issue i faced is with the sleepery flooring of the bathrooms. Once they get wet it becomes really nasty. Urge the authorities to take notice & do the needfull. Breakfast spread was in plenty & tasteful.

Everything was perfect, the stay was beautiful. It is located just beside dell park, 45 mins from the kalimpong market. Peaceful and far away from noise. The resort is well maintained, though it is rated as 3* but we felt their service is like any of the top rated 4* hotel. Everyone was welcoming, cordial and just a one knock away for any kind of service. The premium balcony view we chose, which was worth of every penny and minute spent in the room. The clouds are coming inside room with a view of kanchenjunga and tees-ta river. Loved it. Only just for a note, local shops are very limited there, if you want any kind of dry foods or snacks, and the hotel restaurant food pricing is bit higher considering the locality. Though the a loo parathas they provided in breakfast and mixed fried rice and chilly chicken was very delicious. Overall our 3nights 4 days stay in summit sherpa was splendid. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful vacation with the raw natural beauty of delo, mountains, delo park and of course kalimpong. We visited darjeeling by taking car one day which was also a pleasant experience and returned back to hotel in the evening. Please note: there are other 2 branches of summit near kalimpong market area, but summit sherpa is the branch which is only located in delo. Wish you a wonderful stay there. very nice hotel…I enjoyed my stay very much (it was my second stay after a night in Bhutan)… service is very good, food is ok and desserts are really amazing ! the best for everyone going to Northeast India

I recently stayed at Hotel Cinderella and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of options. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained and added to the relaxing ambiance. Overall, Hotel Cinderella exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Peaceful stay, the place who want to stay away from crowd. Food needs some improvement, also like other comparable hotels/ resorts breakfast should be in the form of buffet with more varieties, it is new property & may be started very soon.

hotel is good. room has nice view. has long lawn and playground. ambience is serene. however food quality is very poor during night time. no taste of North India in North Indian foods.
