4-Star Hotels in Darjeeling

Restaurant service-i ordered dinner for 2: mushroom soup, chicken, hakka noodles and a small bowl of curd. Each dish was served separately while the entire restaurant was empty except for us 2. Chefs should note that it's not pleasant to have a dish served individually while the other person at the table have no choice but to watch the other eat while he waits for his dish. Shows lack of management in food preparation. Even when the restaurant was literally empty. Dear chefs, i know u work hard, but please try and serve food at one go, especially when it's just for two. Else i found the hotel service very good. Good ambience, well located, friendly staff, good rooms, good and spacious bathroom clean linens etc.

Property location was prime. It is located at walking distance of ghum station and you can easily get public transport to darjeeling i. E. Center to other view points in darjeeling. Stay was very satisfied and hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Mukesh, trisha and other staff helped us for booking cab, finding great view points and with other stay related issues. Thanks for all of them for our great stay at hotel.

It’s a heritage hotel in Dajeeling. Location is a bit far from the mall. Room rate is includes dinner but nothing stated while booking and checking-in We have a dinner in town and back to the hotel then got twice calls from the restaurant to check that we will have dinner in hotel restaurant or not.

It was really extremely nice & comfortable stay for 3 nights at the hotel. All the staffs were cordial. Rooms were big & with beautiful view of the valley with kanchanjungha. Onlyslight issue i faced is with the sleepery flooring of the bathrooms. Once they get wet it becomes really nasty. Urge the authorities to take notice & do the needfull. Breakfast spread was in plenty & tasteful.

very nice hotel…I enjoyed my stay very much (it was my second stay after a night in Bhutan)… service is very good, food is ok and desserts are really amazing ! the best for everyone going to Northeast India

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

Overall, Hotel Cinderella exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Peaceful stay, the place who want to stay away from crowd. Food needs some improvement, also like other comparable hotels/ resorts breakfast should be in the form of buffet with more varieties, it is new property & may be started very soon.
