"Lovely hotel in a great location. It's a historic property which means some parts of the room could do with a little refresh. Overall stunning bedrooms with good character. Staff were super helpful and friendly."

Amazing
MmomokowuThe room looks a lot better than the picture, the dinner is delicious, the price is reasonable, check in at Christmas, the environment is good, you can see the mountains outside the room, but it is a pity not to take the small train, because the train is too far away. And train tickets are not cheap. Time is too late, it is really troublesome to catch a car.
OOmletKanchenjunga excellent view from room 104 and cafeteria. Close proximity of mall, central markets, railway station, Mahakaal Temple and Nightingale Park.
TthettravelingsalesmanWe had an absolutely amazing stay at Taj Chia Kutir Darjeeling! Nestled in the heart of the hills, the tranquil atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. The tea plantation trek was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a serene experience. The free yoga classes were a wonderful addition, helping us feel completely rejuvenated. The food was delicious, with a variety of flavorful options to suit every palate. Above all, the staff were exceptional – attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful. It was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!
KKant AthatamsuntornIt’s a heritage hotel in Dajeeling. Location is a bit far from the mall. Room rate is includes dinner but nothing stated while booking and checking-in We have a dinner in town and back to the hotel then got twice calls from the restaurant to check that we will have dinner in hotel restaurant or not.
GGuest UserHotel Istana Spa and Resort in Darjeeling is a luxurious haven, offering spacious rooms with breathtaking balcony views of the valley and mountains that truly captivate. The Sagar restaurant delighted us with its delicious breakfast buffet and exceptional vegetarian options, while the housekeeping staff, especially Anita and Anima, were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The charming portico was perfect for evening high tea, and the rare convenience of parking space made exploring Darjeeling hassle-free. This hotel exceeded all expectations and is a must-stay for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and top-notch service!

DDulumoniHospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Cinderella and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of options. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained and added to the relaxing ambiance. Overall, Hotel Cinderella exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a pleasant and memorable stay.
风风筝爱旅行This hotel has a certain tradition and was opened in 1905. The hotel feels a sense of vicissitudes and history. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I just arranged a club room for me. It might be a little bit in the mountains. The room had a bit of musty smell, so I switched to the newly built deluxe room at the opposite hotel. Although it was small, it was good. Not so good, the hot water is not stable, wifi is also unstable, which makes me depressed is that Darjeeling to the mobile network is not good. Breakfast is an ordinary Indian breakfast, it’s OK.
