Amazing
GGuest UserIt was a two night stay. Hotel is strategically located, food is marvelous specifically veg jhal frazee, breakfast spread is really great, amenities are okay and staff are presentable and well mannered, very prompt.
GGuest UserI went to mirik on the 10th of september, 2023 & stayed at queen hill hotel & homestay. Amusing view from the balcony. Cheap & best price on proper mirik town beside the jhil. I'll also suggest the couple's to book queen hill hotel & homestay. On a moonlit night it will be an unbelievable experience. The entire hotel is neat & clean, also well decorated & hygienic maintained. Good food, very well & polite behaviour of all the staff.
PPraveI recently had the pleasure of staying at your property, and I wanted to share some feedback to help enhance the guest experience.
The breakfast was excellent and lived up to expectations—delicious and well-prepared. However, the room and welcome did not quite match the standards of a 5-star hotel. The interior and amenities fell short of what was described in the booking details, which was disappointing.
I kindly suggest that management address these areas to ensure consistency. I hope future stays will be even better and fully align with your renowned 5-star reputation.
Thank you for your attention. I look forward to returning once improvements are in place.
KKant AthatamsuntornIt’s a heritage hotel in Dajeeling. Location is a bit far from the mall. Room rate is includes dinner but nothing stated while booking and checking-in We have a dinner in town and back to the hotel then got twice calls from the restaurant to check that we will have dinner in hotel restaurant or not.
MMassimovery nice hotel…I enjoyed my stay very much (it was my second stay after a night in Bhutan)…
service is very good, food is ok and desserts are really amazing !
the best for everyone going to Northeast India
DDulumoniHospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.
GGuest UserWe had a delightful family stay at Pahari Soul Homestay. The breathtaking hill views, including a stunning glimpse of Kanchenjunga from the balcony, made our experience truly memorable. The food was fantastic, with the aloo paratha at breakfast being a highlight—not to be missed! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thoughtful amenities like a bed warmer and an electric kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar sachets added to the convenience. On the bright side, Dali Monastery is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. That said, the property is located ***** the main road, so there can be some noise. Additionally, there is no lift, so guests need to climb steep stairs. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would happily return for another visit!
风风筝爱旅行This hotel has a certain tradition and was opened in 1905. The hotel feels a sense of vicissitudes and history. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I just arranged a club room for me. It might be a little bit in the mountains. The room had a bit of musty smell, so I switched to the newly built deluxe room at the opposite hotel. Although it was small, it was good. Not so good, the hot water is not stable, wifi is also unstable, which makes me depressed is that Darjeeling to the mobile network is not good. Breakfast is an ordinary Indian breakfast, it’s OK.
CChef RameshRoom and location was good worth for money but service and food was terribly horrible first day we have ordered veg fried rice and Schezwan noodle both were very pathetic and the noodle was loaded with black pepper only and the second day we have talk with the chef and explained previous experience so that they make us trust that they will make good food for us but they have took an hour for a single order it was an very horrible experience. For a bottle of water we have to wait 2 hours after many reminders while complaining regarding this the staff arguing with my wife , room telephone was not working and it was mentioned on first day and they repaired on the 3rd day of my stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone
