The hotel itself, the rooms, the hot springs, the facilities and the food are all average, but it is really not worth the price (it may also be that there are more people on weekends and the price is higher). The high unit price will easily make people look at the small details through a magnifying glass, and they will find that many small areas need to be strengthened. Another drawback is that there is no shuttle service from the station to the hotel (other lower-priced hotels nearby offer that). If you don't happen to pass by and want to take a hot spring bath, it is not recommended to come here specifically. Perfect for a stay and two meals. The hotel's aesthetics are online, the traditional and exquisite interior decoration and the very clean and comfortable private hot spring bath allowed us to have a good rest on the last day of this trip. The customer service was excellent. We didn’t expect to get a really big room and it comes with breakfast and dinner buffet which to be honest was some of the best I’ve had in Japan. I can’t wait to go back. Cleanliness could definitely be improved though but nothing too crazy to be turned off with.

The hotel is relatively remote and more suitable for self-driving tourists. My friends and I are not self-driving this time. It is easy to find by taking a bus for about half an hour at Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel also has a special car to take us from the hotel to Kaga Hot Spring Station.
