NNuonuokafeiHuazi is about 25 minutes drive from Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel will send an email to ask for a free pick-up at the arrival time. Check out at 11 o'clock to 2 o'clock, during the stay in the mountain hot springs, April 6 is the season of cherry blossom camellia blossoms, there are very few tourists, residents, children see me warmly hello, there is no mountain hot spring lively business here, there is a wooden lacquer exhibition hall to visit shopping, Reasonable price. Flower purple is minimalist, the spare parts are also minimalist, there is no more simple than it at this price, two bottles of water, a bag of tea and a bag of coffee, care ~ there is a sample, there is a welcome tea when you check in, this is all you can get for free. There is no auspicious pavilion for 24-hour tea coffee, happy hour, muffins, pudding, morning snacks (not bad quality, not fooled) geisha performances. Different styles can understand ． There are staff at the service door who have been waiting for the guests. When the bus goes out, 4 staff members bow and beckon for at least two minutes. When checking in, the staff brought the ipad display and the western-style room with style, which can be upgraded for a fee. I booked a Japanese-style basic room. I have stayed in more than 100 hotels in Japan to recommend three paid upgrades. Kyoto Oakura, Okinawa Hyatt and this one, The first two are saying that the upgrade can enjoy better service and ask if you need it? This one asked directly. I didn't upgrade. I booked two if I wanted to live. If I wanted to upgrade, I would ask you. The staff took the timetable of Kaga Hot Spring Station to ask the delivery time. I said please call me a taxi to the next hotel. The time is 11 o'clock tomorrow. The name of the next hotel. I didn't understand that I played by myself. I arrived on time at 6 o'clock for dinner. The rhythm was not good. I would wait or two to go together. The dishes were seasoned and the high-end ~ is a bit simple. The breakfast was very delicious, the first-class level, and the service was more enthusiastic. The facilities have been refurbished, very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning sound is poor. Japanese-style windows transmit light with eye masks and earplugs to sleep. Those who like Ogata Shinjiro's style can stay, and the aesthetic is very advanced.

HHUIThe hotel has a nice view, you can call the hotel again when you arrive at the station and ask them to pick you up. This is an old-fashioned hotel with almost no foreigners. The waiters are old aunts and uncles, and they are very enthusiastic. But the last shuttle bus that will take you to the station is 10:10 in the morning. After that, you may need to take a bus trip by yourself. There is platform 26a nearby. We haven't taken a seat. It is estimated that we will have to wait a long time. We went for a walk. GGuest UserThis was a truly satisfying stay. Before checking in, I had visited Shirakawa-go and was a little disappointed not to see any snow. But then, on my first morning at the hotel, I pulled back the curtains to find it snowing heavily! It was absolutely amazing. I decided right then and there not to go anywhere and just enjoy the snow from the hotel.
The hotel is a bit older, but the room was clean and tidy. I had upgraded my room, and it wasn't small at all. The area mentioned in the description probably just refers to the room itself, but the entryway was also very spacious, allowing me to easily open my large luggage. The indoor balcony in front was also quite large, perfect for a family to sit and enjoy the snow.
The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct mountain views, with the river flowing right below. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the restaurant lobby were even more stunning – it was wonderful to enjoy the snow while dining.
Even the outdoor onsen provided beautiful views of the snow and river while soaking. The best part was how few people there were; both times, it was just me and my daughter, so there was no need to book a private onsen.
Behind the hotel, there's a walking trail. We explored it that day, and while the heavy snow made it a bit challenging to walk, it was incredibly beautiful and completely deserted. Every photo we took was a scenic masterpiece. Our shoes and socks got wet on the way back, but thankfully, we didn't feel cold.
There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy food and other necessities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
The staff were also very friendly. Although most of them didn't speak English, they used translation software, so communication was just a bit slow.

SSeedlingsKAI Kaga inherited hundreds of years of hot spring inns and used new modern models to attract tourists in the hope of driving crowds to the hot springs in nearby districts. However, it turns out that the surrounding area is very deserted. Except for KAI Kaga, which is fully booked on weekends, there are almost no crowds. The surrounding shops are either closed or on the way to closing, and the nearby shrines specially marked as tourist attractions are also deserted.
The hotel itself, the rooms, the hot springs, the facilities and the food are all average, but it is really not worth the price (it may also be that there are more people on weekends and the price is higher).
The high unit price will easily make people look at the small details through a magnifying glass, and they will find that many small areas need to be strengthened.
Another drawback is that there is no shuttle service from the station to the hotel (other lower-priced hotels nearby offer that).
If you don't happen to pass by and want to take a hot spring bath, it is not recommended to come here specifically.
In the end, I didn't give a bad review because the service staff were relatively young and had a good attitude. Xingye has its own set of training for its employees.

MMiaomiaoisabelTraveling solo, I splurged on a Japanese-style room that could probably fit four people. It's an older ryokan, but that didn't really detract from the experience. The only thing was that during the off-season, the in-house restaurant for dinner was closed, so I had to buy food from a convenience store and bring it back.
Regarding the service, the shuttle driver was incredibly diligent and responsible, even waiting for me at the station for 2-3 minutes – I'm very grateful for that 🙏. In contrast, the two front desk staff (they were clearly not Japanese, probably Indian or Southeast Asian) were the most unprofessional hotel employees I've ever encountered: in the morning, when I greeted them, there was no reply; later, when I walked in from outside the hotel, they were loudly chatting and laughing. I've been to Japan so many times and stayed at so many hotels, but I've never experienced anything like this before.

DDashutuziPerfect for a stay and two meals. The hotel's aesthetics are online, the traditional and exquisite interior decoration and the very clean and comfortable private hot spring bath allowed us to have a good rest on the last day of this trip. The Japanese dinner was freshly seasoned and very tasty. I was informed at the last minute that I couldn't eat fish, and I was very considerate enough to change the menu. In addition, the soul of a traditional Japanese hotel is definitely the female general. The two female generals are elegant, talkative, and very approachable. Awesome experience!

The service staff was warm and friendly and always helped, making me feel welcome. The hotel's restaurant has a rich breakfast selection and fresh and delicious food, adding a lot of vitality to the beginning of the day. The location is convenient and there are many attractions around to explore. Overall, this stay was very pleasant and will consider coming again in the future!
