The room is good, but the North Macedonia itself is very small, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. The customer service is very good. The front desk is also very good. But the only downside is that his bed is because its bed frame is bigger than his mattress. It hits the knee bone twice in a row. It hurts. This point, I hope can be improved

The room was amazing. Had only small problems with the AC. The staff was very friendly. They kept our luggage until the night. It’s also 10-15 minutes away from the center (on foot).

I had a beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real comfort during the warm September days. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and there was a bit of a shortage of shower gel, but these were minor inconveniences. Breakfast was good in quality, though the selection was not very extensive. One downside was that people were smoking in the breakfast room, which affected the atmosphere. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always ready to help with a smile and to make sure guests felt at ease. Their warm approach really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay in a central location, with just a few small areas for improvement. I would gladly return for the spacious rooms, great location, and especially the excellent service at the front desk.

The hotel is very close to the Skopje Old Bazaar, and it has parking, which is great. They also respond immediately if you have any questions. However, when I pressed the button for room cleaning, only the towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned, but the beds weren't made. Also, there's no water, tea, etc., in the room, and they sell them at a very high price at the hotel.
