DDandoenI had a beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real comfort during the warm September days. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and there was a bit of a shortage of shower gel, but these were minor inconveniences.
Breakfast was good in quality, though the selection was not very extensive. One downside was that people were smoking in the breakfast room, which affected the atmosphere.
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always ready to help with a smile and to make sure guests felt at ease. Their warm approach really enhanced the overall experience.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a central location, with just a few small areas for improvement. I would gladly return for the spacious rooms, great location, and especially the excellent service at the front desk.
