Very nice design hotel, very well equipped, good space distribution in the room. Very good breakfast, friendly personnel although Macedonians tend to be rough

El departamento está bien, tiene lo necesario para pasar varios días y está cerca de las principales atracciones. En lo personal tuvimos un problema con el check in, el departamento no estaba listo y tuvimos que esperar pero fue compensado por el propietario.

A cute little spot in a nice area. Only thing is no amenities, in a town known for spas. But like know that before you book and go to a different spa.

There is an old street next to the hotel, which is very convenient for walking. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is OK, big enough, and the decoration is average. The breakfast is not very rich. The restaurant is on the 7th floor, and you can see the panoramic view of Macedonia.

I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out. However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable. The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel.

The daughter with her granddaughter and their dog are very fond of staying at this hotel. The staff's kindness is above all praise. The SPA zone allows you to relax perfectly and bring thoughts to order.

Çok hoş ve temiz bir yer. Biz araç kiraladığımız için konumu çok iyiydi. Merkeze 5 dk içinde ulaştık. İçeride ihtiyaç olan hemen hemen her şey var. Bardak, tencere,kaşık, çatal, kettle, ocak ve mikrodalga. Teşekkür ederiz :)

The location is close to the top of the mountain, not very easy to find, but the scenery is really good, the front desk service is good, the check out time is too early, it was very late at night, the time was in a hurry
