"I really enjoyed my stay here. Betty was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicative throughout, which made everything easy from check-in onwards.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay in Skopje. It's not a luxury or glamorous hotel, but that's part of its charm. It has a relaxed, authentic feel and offers great value for money.
The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around Skopje and explore the city on foot or by public transport."

"I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out.
However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable.
The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel."

"It's right in front of the terminal, so it's a great location to go to another city.
The room, the living room, the kitchen, the refrigerator were very big, so I had a very good stay for two nights and three days.
However, because it is a trendy house, the sun goes deeper from 5:30 (as of early July) when the sunrise starts, and the weather is forced.
I wish I had a dark curtain.
This is a one-bedroom apartment.
Not only seasonings such as oil, salt, vinegar, coffee, sugar, etc. in the kitchen, but also pans, pots, etc. are well equipped, so I used them very well.
I checked out at 11am, left my suitcase in the office, and I could look around the spopes.

"The location was very good however the kettle lit was broken and bathroom shower was not working .When reported to the Management they said previous customer broke them!

"staying nights on a ship on a dried up river in the middle of Skopje city was a great experience.
Though the room was ”compact”, it had all the expected amenities & everything worked fine.
Having our meals on the deck was very pleasant indeed, especially in the early autumn evenings. And prices were very reasonable, with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Service by all the staff was impeccable!
Unfortunately, not everything was perfect. The floorboards just outside our bathroom creaked (& bent) noticeably, possibly due to poor bath water draining that overtime had leaked into the wooden floorboards under the carpet, causing them to deteriorate over time. This needs to be fixed asap.
Hotel guests checking in face a long walk from the taxi dropoff location at the bridge about 200m away. This long walk is a challenge for senior travellers with big bags & taxi drivers are unwilling to help due to the risk of getting a ticket. For checking out, hotel staff assistance cannot be committed due to staff shortage."

CChoiThe staff were friendly and actively responded to all questions. The rooms were quiet and safe and the water pressure was good. There was also a bottle of water, so it was helpful, and there was a cafe and a supermarket on both sides, so I was able to solve what I needed. If you come to Skopje again, this is the place you want to stay.

DDandoenI had a beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real comfort during the warm September days. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and there was a bit of a shortage of shower gel, but these were minor inconveniences.
Breakfast was good in quality, though the selection was not very extensive. One downside was that people were smoking in the breakfast room, which affected the atmosphere.
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always ready to help with a smile and to make sure guests felt at ease. Their warm approach really enhanced the overall experience.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a central location, with just a few small areas for improvement. I would gladly return for the spacious rooms, great location, and especially the excellent service at the front desk.
