Great
DDaphne MQThe hotel’s location is absolutely excellent—right in the heart of Jonker Walk. Everything is just steps away, whether you want to explore the night market, enjoy local food, or grab a casual drink in the evening. It’s incredibly convenient and perfect for a lively yet effortless stay.
One of the best parts is that room service is available until 10:30 PM, so even if you don’t feel like heading out, you can still enjoy a delicious meal comfortably in your room.
The breakfast spread is impressive and truly delicious. There is a wide variety of options, including Nyonya cuisine, Western dishes, porridge, Malay noodles, pasta, croissants, and fresh fruits—something for every taste.
The hotel’s design reflects a beautiful Baba-Nyonya style, creating a charming and relaxing holiday atmosphere. There is also a small rooftop water play area where kids can splash around and have lots of fun, which adds a lovely family-friendly touch to the stay.
Overall, the experience was exceptional—truly a perfect stay from start to finish!
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, with a convenience store just a few shops away. The staff were incredibly polite, always smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome — a welcome drink, small dessert, cold towel, and even a complimentary tote bag with the hotel logo. I found the tote bag extremely useful and ended up using it throughout my trip around the old town. This level of thoughtfulness is something I have rarely experienced, even in many five-star hotels.
The hotel lobby has a very chill and relaxing seating area where you can sit back, enjoy a coffee, and admire the view of the Red Square nearby. The room facilities were excellent, and as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe staying here.
The parking area is about a 5-minute walk away, which was manageable. I will definitely come back again — next time with my children to try their slide room!
AabdulmukmiinA proper hotel with its own parking compund. The hotel is quite new, with sufficient facilities like swimming pool and gym area. The room is spacious and complete with the basic toiletries. The aircond was good and cleanliness of the whole room is average. The only small problem with my room was the shower area. There's some sort of blockage with the drain but overall the shower experience was good with steady strong current flow. Overall, this hotel is very well worth the price of slightly above RM100.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right in Malacca's Old Town, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The parking lot is very spacious, which is great for those traveling by car. While the hotel's exterior and lobby are beautiful, the room itself was quite ordinary. The air conditioning was noisy, and the dim lighting made the room feel rather oppressive. The shower pressure was also very low. Throughout our entire trip, the hotel service in Malaysia was consistently indifferent, a stark contrast to the excellent service we experienced in Thailand.

AAnonymous UserThere is a coach station at this hotel, convenient for travellers. Our room was available for early check-in at 12pm, allowed us to drop-off our bags and start exploring Malacca. The room size is decent for 2, relatively clean, the bed is comfortable. Some areas with minor torn wall paper, some stains on the edges of tiles in the bath room but not too much a concern considering the room rates compared to newer hotels.
Lleo790707This hotel is perfect for tourists visiting Malacca, just a five-minute walk from Jonker Street and the Christ Church. Malacca's old town isn't very big, so you can easily walk to all the attractions from here. Even though it's located in Little India, it feels very quiet and peaceful. The locals are also very friendly.

CCrystal_04I absolutely loved having a bathtub! After a busy day, soaking in it was pure bliss. Parking was also available, which was a huge plus since I drove there. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed. Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying stay, and excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time – hope the prices don't go up, haha!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite clean, I think its because it is quite new. Good to stay and sleep. Go to famous place of interest is about a 15 min grab ride only. Everytime you drive out of the hotel, need to pay $5, not sure why they implement this rule, other hotels I stay do not have such rule. Also, when my family and I were visiting one the facilities in the hotel, one of the function room, there were some people cleaning inside and they shouted at us with very loud & sudden voice so we didn't go in. They were cleaning the floor and I think they were afraid that we will step inside because the floor is clean but I feel that they should not have shouted. We are the hotel guest so if they do not want us to step into the function room, they could have said it nicely instead of shouting. My family and I were startled by the sudden shout. The front reception people were very friendly and professional though.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived really late, around 1 AM, so there was only one staff member at the front desk for check-in. We asked if we could switch rooms if ours wasn't suitable, but he said they were fully booked and had no other options. The next day, we saw that the entire building had tons and tons of empty rooms 😂. Our family room was very spacious, but the furniture and facilities felt incredibly outdated, like something from 20 years ago. The windows even had several black mold spots 😂, and the towels weren't very clean and were haphazardly placed in the bathroom, which also lacked a separate shower and toilet. There were ants on the table in the room, and black and red marks on the walls. Around 11 PM, after we had already gone to bed, someone prank-called our doorbell, which gave us quite a fright. There were documents on the table and bed stating how hard the hotel worked to achieve its 4/5-star rating. However, if you wanted an extra blanket or additional tea, you had to pay separately for each, with prices clearly listed.
Pros: The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Heroes' Square, making it very convenient to walk to all the main attractions!
