GGuest UserThe whole hotel felt like a well-preserved historical building/museum, just the right amount of modern mixed with traditional influence. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, all amenities provided (and good quality). Beddings were comfortable with two different pillow softness to choose from. Staff were courteous and welcoming.
Thank you for the accommodation, places like this is what makes a trip memorable.

Cons:
The hotel's beds and pillows are very old; the bed was too soft, and I didn't get good rest. The sheets and duvet are also outdated and definitely need replacing. The carpet had an odor. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast; it felt like no effort was put in. The fruit was sour, the baked beans had an odd smell, and the rice seemed like it was from the day before. I had to spend extra money to take my kids out for breakfast.

GGuest UserThe bed and towels had stains. The towels had blood or some other red marks on them, and the vanity chair was incredibly dirty with red and black stains. However, we mostly used our own stuff, so it was okay. The bathroom and street had a vomit smell that wouldn't go away, even with air freshener. The water heater was broken at first but was fixed later, which was great – the hot water lasted a long time without turning cold quickly. But the water pressure from the faucet was very low. We requested room cleaning, and after being out for over 10 hours, the room still hadn't been serviced. The location is good if you have a car, but difficult to get around on foot. Parking is very limited though.

PPS XuI booked 2 deluxe king rooms for 2adults and 2 teens as I don't require a lounge (additional room with sofa) and requested for connecting rooms but was told connecting rooms must booked with 1 family suite (1 room with 1 lounge) and 1 normal room.
Cons:
The rooms are quite old. Doors are not closed properly. Have to ensure the doors are fully closed every time.
The lifts are slow and HOT! There's no ventilation when the lift is full!!!
The walkways have no air con!!!!
The room's air con need to on full blast.

Super convenient location. Many nice food around and opposite the hotel. Cottage Spices nonya food, hock kee gift shop, ee ji ban chicken rice, etc...

Nice sea view at the swimming pool.
Super fast room service from the housekeeping team when I requested for more mineral water, toilet paper and shower gels.
Daily housekeeping 👍👍👍 but please knock before entering the room when we are inside as we didn't hang the sign to clean room, the staff still enter 😮😮😮😮

RRose AAIbis hotel Malacca convenient and located in a strategic area. Easy access to the shop, walking distance to Stadhuys, Jonker Walk etc. Their front desk staff are helpful. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and the mattress is comfortable too.

YYuanyunizoubiantianyaAPPLE shares a building with a larger hotel, tucked away in a corner of the building's parking garage. The front desk is just a small table, where two polite Malaysian ladies check guests in. Although they don't speak Chinese, communication is possible through smartphone apps. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM. Luggage storage is free, but items are simply placed behind the front desk in a small concrete partition, without any receipts given, only an assurance of CCTV surveillance. Despite some inner apprehension, our luggage was safe and sound when we returned in the evening. The room is split-level: a double bed downstairs, and upstairs, another double bed and a single bed, making it perfect for families of 4-5 or groups of friends traveling together. Malacca isn't very large, and the hotel is about a twenty-minute walk from the Dutch Square, which is quite convenient. The apartment complex has a mini-supermarket, a swimming pool, and a ping-pong table, so the facilities are quite comprehensive. Crucially, the price is incredibly attractive, at only 200+ RMB per night, making it the best value for money hotel of our entire trip. Highly recommended.

JJaffriThe room was clean and well-maintained, with an ideal location just steps away from Jonker Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. A standout perk was the complimentary parking—a major plus for travelers with cars. Given the affordable price, the hotel offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

But, the surrounding environment a bit ”Creepy”, just like ”No Body” there, accept you're alone.
Building was look nice, but with ”Empty Tenant” inside the Complex / Mall, it looks so ”Creepy” and too Quit.
Not recommended for Family with Small Children.

GGuest UserIf i ever cm bk to melaka again this will be the hotel iam staying in! SUPER CONVENIENT location. The carpark beside is free parking 4min walk to hotel. Extremely clean. The bed is SO COMFY to sleep in. My kids enjoy emself so much in the hotel VR playroom. Come with free token. Staff was EXTREMELY POLITE & HELPFUL! could easily WIN ALL 5/6 stars hotel! But is very new the pool is not ready yet hopefully next year when i revisit the pool will be done😍
