4-Star Hotels in Center District

Had a nice stay at this hotel but the hotel has some issues. Biggest one of them being parking and carrying luggage to the hotel as there is no way you can park closer to the hotel. On top of it, its a cobbled street. Say goodbye to you bag wheelies… Secondly, being a 4star property, i would atleast expect a 24hr reception desk. Had a call from trip.com office regarding my eta to the hotel as they would close the reception desk after 10pm and we wouldnt be able to check-in if there is no staff. Thankfully staff stayed late as our flight was super delayed (Perfect easyjet moment) and checked us in before we could head out and get dinner which was past 10:45pm and almost none of the restaurants were serving dinner. So much for the first magical evening in Ljubljana!!!! Thirdly, there is no lift being an old building which is self explanatory, but travellers with heavy luggage should be warned in advance. Fourthly, as for the breakfast we expected a proper coffee from a 4star property, but instead there is only a small coffee machine which dispenses coffee on button press. Guys the coffee isnt nice. I would rather head downstairs to the main street with plenty of cafes around. Breakfast itself is just standard, nothing whao. For hot breakfast there is only one option - eggs (served 4 ways) wasnt great, wasnt bad! Now for the good part, hotel is nicely decorated, clean, rooms are spacious, coffee machine and kettle inside the room. Clean towels, Comfy beds! A complimentary bubbly waiting for you in the fridge, somehow they knew you are exhausted from carrying your bags from the end of the street to the hotel and upstairs!!! 😫 3.5 stars.

This is a hotel we like very much in Europe. The location is very good. The bus station is opposite the hotel and you can walk to the attractions. The hotel staff will use translation software to communicate with us, the recommended Snowynia restaurant is great. The hotel's breakfast is free to order and the meal is delicious.

Everything in the hotel is good. It is more than 8 0 0 online booking in advance. After the non-cancellation, the price is directly cheaper than 2 0 0 yuan. This is very unreasonable. You can't refund. You can accept the reality. Why is it not cheap to wait for the unsubscribe time period to be cheap? It's too good to count. I suggest you not to book in advance.

The hotel stay was generally pleasant, however the parking arrangement was inconvenient. On-site parking was very limited, and we were required to park our car at an alternative car park about a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. It would be helpful if parking availability could be improved or communicated more clearly in advance.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, right in the center, the structure is well maintained and the conditions of the room were excellent, clean and with very modern furnishings. The breakfast, served in an elegant space, was rich and complete. Two notes to improve are the somewhat distracted and not always professional staff and the swimming pool which was very cold and in general the spa could be reviewed and improved. Access to the spa was through the hotel next door on the ninth floor in a modest space and by reservation only.

Hotel location is very good, but parking is relatively inconvenient, can only park in the nearby supermarket parking lot, one day is 25 euros, others can also

My room is located on the top floor and is furnished with four beds. Since it sits directly beneath the eaves, it can get quite warm on sunny days. The good thing is, there is air conditioning. However, the furniture is rather old. I suppose it is the time for a renovation.
