3-Star Hotels in Petaling District

Location is quite near to one utama shopping mall. Only 8-15minutes driving to 1U or Starling Mall. Check in and out is easy, instruction giving cleared. The entire House is clean and comfy. The house is facing to kampung area and mosque, so there will be a bit noisy. Other than that are all good. Definitely will book this house again if with family ,Tq host.

Everything is good. Room is clean and tidy. The only problem is the location, hard to find.

I had a wonderful 2 nights and 3 days stay at Hill10 Residence,apartment was clean,comfortable and well-maintained…making me feel at home throughout my stay.The facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions.The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing.The host were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Hill10 Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and I would be happy to come back again in the future. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I came all the way from Johor hoping to rest before my training the next day, but unfortunately I had to spend extra time and energy cleaning the sticky floor myself. The wardrobe was dusty, the bed still had sand, and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. The bidet was installed very low, which was uncomfortable to use. Internet and mobile network were very poor before connecting to the room WiFi. I even had to go down to Level G to make a call. After connecting to the room WiFi, the internet worked fine. The check-in instructions were confusing. The password in the attachment was inaccurate, and the format differed between check-in and check-out (check-in: *1234* vs check-out without *️⃣ : 1234). Guests shouldn’t have to go on a “treasure hunt” to figure out the check-in process. It would be much easier if instructions were left at reception or a PIC handed over the key. The RM200 deposit feels too high considering the limited facilities, there is no swimming pool and no gym. Parking is narrow, and I struggled to enter with my MPV. It would be helpful if a warning or guidance for MPV drivers is provided before entering LG1 parking to avoid difficulty. Clearer guidance or a staff/PIC to assist guests when parking larger vehicles would also be useful. For safety and convenience, it would be great if the door could be upgraded with a doorbell and touchscreen password lock, as sometimes housekeeping has to knock and it’s hard to hear from inside. The lift also malfunctioned once, and although the deposit refund was promised for 4–6 PM, I only received it after 11 PM. Overall, while the location is convenient, the stay was disappointing and stressful. Improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, check-in process, parking guidance (especially for larger vehicles), facilities, safety, and door access, especially given the high deposit required.

First of all…really appreciate the low rate from all Sun Inns Hotel. This is truly amazing. But I would like to say there’s still room for improvement. For example, I rmb there’s some room in Sun Inns comes with a smart TV, not all. I recommend adding smart TV to all rooms. Good thing is there’s water dispenser which is much needed. The air cond is super cold 👍 we actually turned it off because it’s just too much But the light in the room is broken…so the whole room is quite gloomy. The bedsheet is separated, I don’t like it tho, why is it separated into 3 pieces ya? Some hotels also like this 🤔 And one important thing…the bed shouldn’t be facing directly towards the door, this is very bad in fengshui… there’s plenty of space to place the bed, I wonder why it is placed like this. Normally hotels know fengshui right? 🤔 Bed facing bathroom door and main door is very very bad, strongly recommend to change the placement of bed.

The hotel location was very convenient! Quiet and clean. The pillow and bed were comfortable. enjoyed my stay but only Wifi connection was really slow. Good price. Overall 👌

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

The facilities are really good – spacious, comfortable, and affordable, plus the location is excellent. However, the main issue for me is that I'm terrified of cockroaches, and there were so many in my room, I'd say one every five minutes! They were small, which helped a little, but I still hope they improve their hygiene, otherwise it's just not somewhere I can stay. We did complain to management, and they were very responsive. They called to ask if I wanted to switch rooms, but my friends aren't bothered by roaches and they helped me kill them, so we didn't switch. Still, it was thoughtful of them to send someone to deal with it. However, changing rooms isn't a long-term solution. I really hope next time I visit, I won't see a single cockroach. If there were no cockroaches, this apartment would definitely be a perfect score!

The place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff. Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.
