TTravelTherapy.LogsStayed here for just 1 night and left in a rush as it was a layover. However from what I have seen, it is conveniently located, right next to a very huge mall (I.O.I City Mall) so you can pretty much get all your needs from there. Cozy and comfy room with a decently size bathroom and really big TV. Love that they provide games at their lobby as well. Great view from our room too! For the price, it's worth ever cent! If ever I am coming to KL agn, this is a place I will definitely consider to stay again! The only downside to the location is that, its not exactly near the city center (Bukit Bintang) so if those are places you want to visit, you will have to travel out

GGuest UserGreat location (connected to Sunway mall) and walking distance to Sunway Lagoon park (see pic of room view). The mall is huge so do make an effort to remember the name of the hotel so that you don’t get lost trying to follow the directions from the park back through the mall to the right hotel.

JJoanneTehI was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings. They offered a wide range of options including fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, and a selection of hot dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages, roti canai , yam cake, sushi…I found the breakfast to be a delightful start to the day, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying there!!!

YYiyideyiCame here with friends, and the surroundings are lovely. The supermarket downstairs is super convenient, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making everything easily accessible. We absolutely loved it here! Highly recommended.

WWeiguang drinks CoffeeDo not be fooled by the exterior of the building, the interior and the room differs from it.
I believed that area is more or less a business or office area, the reception gave the nearest makan place with decent value.
A slight minor part but did not really adds to my experience was, kettle was not working and toothbrush and toothpaste were not given. For a moment, I thought it’s a regulation in HK until I confirmed with the reception.

GGuest UserThe place was very hard to fine, I had to call the cs for direction. Luckily cs was very friendly and helpful. Getting to the place by a car is easy with his guide. The unit was very clean with good basic amenities - water dispenser (very helpful when you’re out with kids). Highly recommended for adult and kids ＞ 6 years old. Not suitable for younger kids as the stairs can be a hazard. Overall experience was good! I love the unit, the amenities, the friendly cs, basically everything about the unit, only the location which is not easily found on Google map.
