Wwangzai88Just got back from Sunway Resort and it was absolutely amazing! 🥳 The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of fruits, pastries, and both Western and Asian options – we were spoiled for choice every morning. 🍎🥐
The kids absolutely loved the children's pool with all its slides and water features; it was their personal paradise! 💦 The pool area is really well designed, allowing adults to relax nearby too.
The best part is the direct connection to the shopping mall. It's just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient! 🛍️🎬 It felt like everything was taken care of on this holiday. We'll definitely be back! 💯

KKEK RUI HANStayed at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel recently. Overall environment was decent, but I was disappointed with two issues.
Firstly, during breakfast, some of the cups provided were stained and did not appear properly cleaned, which affected the dining experience.
Secondly, I booked and paid for a room with a double bed and sofa bed, but the room provided only had a double bed without the sofa bed as stated in the booking.
Hope the hotel can improve on quality control and ensure room allocations match confirmed bookings.

GGuest UserThe hotel is connected to a shopping mall, and there are plenty of shops, entertainment options, and restaurants nearby. It's also very close to the airport, which is super convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

Service: inconsistent from different staff. A call from room to reception was either not being answered or picked up then hung up.
Parking: it is chargeable 😅
Facilities: Gym is small. Swimming pool only opens 7am to 7pm 😱
Hotel lifts don't serve to car park and required to change to another lifts. It is really inconvenient.
Morning not hot water for shower 😭
Breakfast: variety choices
Overall experience: bad for a 4 stars hotel. Not really worth the fee.

The location was superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options downstairs, making it easy to eat out and get around. It's an ideal place to stay for travelers. However, the duvet was a bit scratchy!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is quite small, suitable for two people. The decor is decent and feels relatively new. It's great if you're driving as parking is free! However, it's not very convenient for walking around, and there aren't many restaurants nearby. So, if you plan to stay here, it's really best to have a car.

NNIJThe location indeed very strategic, just beside it you have mamak restaurant. If you’re hungry in the middle of the night / no worries if you want to sahur since i stayed during recent Ramadan. However, you got what you paid for. The room is small. You can hear almost everything whats happening outside the room. I like when it have wall fan. Haha. Yes..i’m fully aware it’s a budget hotel. So this is my honest review 😌

GGuest UserBooked for older parents to stay. Location was ok with shopping mall at below. Convenient to find food. The unit is big and spacious. You will need to travel in group as there is only one access card given. Going to parking and accessing lift required assess card. So it is troublesome if you travel separate ways. The guard is not allow to help you access your own floor. You will need to use your own assess card. Sofa cover teared off. Not comfortable to sit. Overall owner is quick to response to our queries.
