We stayed in a modern Deluxe King Room. The recent room updates are noticeable—the design is clean, minimalist, and comfortable with great plush bedding and a cozy daybed by the window. The room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom layout. Our only minor complaint was that our 'pool view' room was slightly obstructed by the hotel's external decorative pillars, but the comfort of the bed and the quality of the room amenities more than made up for it

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good We used the club lounge on the 20th floor for breakfast, and it was excellent with a great variety of food. Right downstairs there's a large shopping mall, making it a convenient one-stop shopping experience. We stayed on the 18th floor and had a nice view. Very good.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the reception team was already waiting for me. I highly recommend informing them about your arrival time in advance — it makes the check-in process very smooth. The check-in itself was fast and easy. No one escorted me to the room, which is probably not part of their service standard. It wasn’t a problem, but it would have been a nice touch. The room was clean, spacious, and completely free of cigarette smell, which is very important to me. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff did their job very well. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, which is great because I was able to sleep well and still enjoy breakfast. There are not many vegetarian options, but you can ask the chef to prepare rice or noodles separately for you. The staff is very attentive and polite. The team genuinely tries to anticipate guests’ needs, and you can really feel their care and professionalism. The swimming pool and fitness center are located away from the main building, which is actually a big advantage because the area stays quiet and peaceful. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom at first, but after I asked for it, the staff replaced it very quickly. Another nice bonus is the complimentary coffee at the Park Bar from 4 PM to 6 PM — don’t miss it. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service, but there is no night schedule, so it’s better to contact the reception in advance to arrange your transfer. I would be happy to return to this hotel because of the high level of care for guests. Your team is doing an amazing job!

This is my second stay here, and the service is excellent. The lobby on the first floor is as spacious and bright as I remember. It's very close to the Blue Mosque, and both the breakfast and dinner are great.

Hotel sangat cantik, bersih & wangi. Pool sangat best. Anak2 happy. Cuma agak frust dapat info salah berkenaan breakfast for kids. Before book call hotel & tnya add on kids 7 years utk breakfast. Staf kata RM 60, terkejut sangat. 2x tnya, staf tu beri jawapan sama. Staf lelaki ya. I book without breakfast sbb rasa sangat tak berbaloi rm60 & anak i jenis makan sikit. Then masa check in tnya lagi, rupanya rm30+ je.

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway.

I checked in early, and the front desk handled everything efficiently with excellent service. The room had a great ambiance and fresh air; from the moment I opened the door, I was greeted with a clean and pleasant scent (not damp or stuffy), good lighting, and overall comfort. The breakfast was plentiful with local specialties and very fresh ingredients. This was my first stay that exceeded expectations, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Comfortable stay but not suitable for light sleeper; can hear the train passing by. Check in instructions were clear & host is very responsive. Several eateries around. Have 7-11 & family mart. Air con is not super cold but there's a fan
