4-Star Hotels in Koh Phangan

This hotel is truly European standard with top-notch service. The staff are absolutely amazing, always smiling and making sure you're comfortable in every way. We stayed in a designer room with lounge access. The room was incredibly beautiful and comfortable, and the beds and pillows were a dream for the best sleep. The hotel is located right on the beach, close to all the bars and nightlife, yet it's surprisingly quiet. Breakfasts were beyond excellent. We'll really miss this hotel, the friendly smiles, and the incredible views. It's not a cheap hotel, but it's definitely worth every penny. A few minor downsides: we didn't really see the point of the lounge. Cocktails and good quality spirits were only available from 5 PM to 7 PM. The shower had poor drainage, so we had to wait for the water to go down. We also didn't quite understand why we weren't allowed to check out at 2 PM, especially since our booking confirmation mentioned this option, and the hotel seemed half-empty, with us being the only ones in the lounge most of the time. But these are all minor points compared to the wonderful experience we had.

Superb serviced apartment perched on the hill above tong nai pan noi beach - great pool, lovely furnishings and very friendly staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The villa was very enjoyable. Cleaning is delicious, convenient service with an Internet page for ordering water, laundry, yoga records and other services. The villa is fresh, all necessary to eat, comfortable veranda, we all liked except the location, to which it is difficult to reach the sandy mountain.

We arrived with three friends and booked a deluxe room, but another person joined us mid-stay. Upon check-in, they asked for everyone's passports (and made copies), refused to upgrade our room, and also refused to allow all four of us to share the same room. But our friend was lucky; there was one standard room available, so we booked it. Excellent hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with vouchers, and there are cakes and a variety of desserts. We really enjoyed it.

Everything is lovely designed and very carefully maintained. However, the absolute highlight is the beautiful beach right in front of the door. It is clean and beautifully quiet. Unlike many other places on Koh Phangan, you meet few people here, making the stay particularly relaxing. Unfortunately, there are some stones in the water so you can't really swim here. But to cool it's enough to relax. The rooms are very nicely furnished, spacious and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The service in the resort is really good and the staff is always trying to make it possible for guests to stay pleasantly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not all employees understand or speak English, which has once led to smaller obstacles. However, we can recommend the hotel fully.

I had stayed on this beach years ago, and it remained one of my absolute favourites. We decided to splurge and stay at the Buri Rasi this time, and we were not disappointed. The reception staff were great, very professional. The hotel itself is beachfront and has, I would say, the best spot on the beach. We had a pool-view room, and it was spacious and well-equipped. There was enough beds on the beach for everyone, the hotel did happy hour a lot, and sometimes all day, and that included the in-house massages. The breakfast was plentiful, and the pastries, I think, were cooked onsite and also sold in the coffee shop attached. Overall, a lovely spot to stay and relax for 5 days, the surrounding area has enough restaurants and bars if you do want to eat out, but everywhere was competitively priced. The only downside for me was the sea, at this time of year (Dec) the sea was wild and wavey so i couldnt flop about in it all day, as i had done at other times of the year.

We enjoyed the stay at the resort) the rooms are clean and cosy. The staff is friendly and ready to help. We'd like to thank the lady named Yok at the reception for her kind assistance). We didn't use the resort restaurant as the home restaurant Big O nearby was much better) it's a pity the resort doesn't have its own sun beds( Some guys on the beach collect money for them. It is interesting to snorkel here) We were lucky to see a turtle.

The property is very nice , but it would be nice , to had toothbrush’s but overall lovely experience.

Брали номер с видом на сад, но по приезду нам дали номер с видом на море 😍. Персонал отзывчивый в номере убирались каждый день, без нареканий. Завтраки вкусные. Впечатления от отеля очень хорошие. В море каралловый риф, не искупаться.

Pros: - Authentic rooms! Massive bath and some rooms even have outdoor shower! - nice reception service - special thanks to Yok for the help and service ! - nice pool, gym, dry sauna and stream room Cons: - quite far a way from the city and places with action. even on a motorbike it's quite a ride. - house keeping service should be improved - if you are in a delux room area, the house keeping team is camping there half a day, which kills the privacy and quiet environment. i think the resort can easily improve this I think this would be good for couples and maybe families for a few days. Just remember this area is not very walkable, so you'll need to order a car everywhere or rent a motorbike.
