First time in Koh Phangan and Bayshore hotel was an enjoyable experience. Very modern, clean place with exceptional personnel and great amenities. We have stayed in a Deluxe Cottage that was surrounded by greenery and nice shade had been there all the time. Hotel has a nice pool and surrounding area, and a clean and cozy beach. Breakfast experience is great too, very beautiful serving and polite staff. The distance from Thong sala pier is 25 minute by car. Hotel provides it's own good transfer in a gorgeous car by 300 thb let adult, child for free. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet family vacation.

Superb serviced apartment perched on the hill above tong nai pan noi beach - great pool, lovely furnishings and very friendly staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I had the great pleasure of staying at the Sunset Hill Boutique Resort from March 19th to March 23rd, 2026 – and all I can say is: it was simply perfect! From the very first moment, I felt incredibly welcome. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to fulfill every wish. You can immediately tell that they work with passion here. I was particularly impressed by how lovingly and professionally the staff took care of us – truly first-class service! The atmosphere at the resort is fantastic, quiet, and relaxing – exactly the right place to unwind and enjoy your time. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and simply made you feel good. I was completely happy and satisfied with my stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful time – I would love to come back again!

We chose a hotel for a holiday with children and rented a motorbike to go to the nearby beaches. The location is excellent; we visited at low tide, but regretted it. Next time, only at high tide. You can swim, but it's shallow at low tide, approximately 70 cm deep, and 40 cm at low tide. But since we went to the neighboring beach, it was just as shallow there.

We booked a villa with a private pool for 3 nights, and it was the best decision ever! We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Initially, the jacuzzi wasn't working, but we called reception, and they had someone fix it within 5 minutes. The pool was always sparkling clean, even though stuff was constantly falling from the trees – we still don't know how they managed to keep it so pristine. The breakfasts were delicious, and the beach had beautiful white sand. It was also my birthday during our stay, and the hotel first congratulated me at breakfast, then surprised me by decorating our villa! It was so touching and sweet – that's real attentiveness and care for guests! I wish the hotel all the best and continued success!

Everything is lovely designed and very carefully maintained. However, the absolute highlight is the beautiful beach right in front of the door. It is clean and beautifully quiet. Unlike many other places on Koh Phangan, you meet few people here, making the stay particularly relaxing. Unfortunately, there are some stones in the water so you can't really swim here. But to cool it's enough to relax. The rooms are very nicely furnished, spacious and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The service in the resort is really good and the staff is always trying to make it possible for guests to stay pleasantly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not all employees understand or speak English, which has once led to smaller obstacles. However, we can recommend the hotel fully.

Great villa. We stayed at the Blue Paradise villa. Convenient, clean. The kitchen works. The bed is comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is regular. Cleaning is done every three days. The pool is great, they clean it 2-3 times a week. There are good beaches nearby if you are on a bike or car. You can't walk there. There is a cafe within a 20-30 minute walk. The shops are far away, you need to buy things in advance. The staff is friendly, always ready to help. We checked in quickly. There were mosquitoes on the territory, but for some reason at a certain time (from 6 pm to 7 pm). There is construction on the hotel grounds, but it does not interfere with our stay at all. Since the construction is above the existing buildings, we did not hear the noise of the work, did not see any dirt. Please note that check-out is at 11 am. They extended our room, as we were with a child and really asked for a late check-out, and they provided us with another villa for three hours. For which special thanks to the hotel staff.

Pleasant stay, deep (and high) in the jungle 💚 If you love green and natures you'll love this place so much The place looks great, but those stairs are very steep. So you need to be quite fit In the room, you have king size bed with 4 pillows. Good air-conditioner to cool the place down during the day. Free bottle of water and Coca cola. Kettle pot to make hot coffee & tea. Also 55 inches TV with free movies, music, YouTube & Netflix! A good big bench to sit next to the big window also. Toilet is good condition just the pressure of water not strong enough for me. A few things that I didn't like. 1. You bought a ocean view room but I don't have the view because the staff put me in the first room hidden by the forest 😆 So the tall trees just cut my view. And she said, this room has no view but air conditioner works very well and you will have no problem with the sun shine in the morning (probably because of the trees) but I still wanted my ocean view. So if the hotel owner doesn't plan to cut the tree to have an ocean view, then...please consider change the room name. 2. Cleanliness of pillow case. It smells pretty bad like กลิ่นอับชื้น first I thought it's from my dirty clothes but apparently it was not. It was the smell of the pillow. It smelled like a clothes that you dry it without sun...so after I found out about the smell from the pillow. I wasn't sure if it was cleaned or not after that last checked out. 3. Used soap is at the sink after I checked in. You should clean up everything new before giving the room to new customer. But there is only 1 lady staff who take care of these 8 rooms so I guess if it full every day. It's hard to go up and down those stairs to do everything by herself. The rest is good, just make sure you improve about the cleanliness. Thank you !! Taxi service in the morning to the port at 8 am 250 baht to the make staff. Thank you !!

Брали номер с видом на сад, но по приезду нам дали номер с видом на море 😍. Персонал отзывчивый в номере убирались каждый день, без нареканий. Завтраки вкусные. Впечатления от отеля очень хорошие. В море каралловый риф, не искупаться.

We were happy with our stay and enjoyed the resort and their food. Most reviews indicate that the hotel needs some renovation which is true, though it still has its charm and remains a great resort. Food is pricey but in our opinion was very good every day. The Thai cuisine is great for lunch/dinner throughout the day. Breakfast was decent and the “eggs on demand” are of good added value. Staff was friendly.
