Koh Phangan Hotels with Gym

Ich gebe sehr selten Bewertungen ab, da ich auf meinen längeren Reisen in viele Unterkünfte komme und oftmals keine Zeit habe dafür. Dennoch ist es mir eine Herzensangelegenheit für dieses Hostels einige schöne Zeilen zu schreiben: Insgesamt hatte ich eine wirklich wahnsinnig tolle Zeit!!! Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlt man sich einfach nur herzlich Willkommen in diesem Hostel. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an den Besitzer des Hostels „Fon“. Der Typ ist einfach eine herzensgute Seele. Ich habe selten einen so zuvorkommenden, sympathischen Menschen kennengelernt. Ich bin im Hostel angekommen und wurde mit einem gratis Cappucino und Wasser begrüßt. Da seine Frau zu viel Curry gekocht hat, durfte ich sogar etwas davon mit essen. Fon hat das Hostel von Grund auf neu aufgebaut und steckt all seine Energie mit Herzblut dort rein und ist noch lange nicht am Ende ein atemberaubendes Hostel zu schaffen und für seine Gäste ein einzigartiges Zuhausefeeling zu bieten. Er legt viel Wert darauf, dass es jedem seiner Gäste gut geht und nimmt sich die Zeit für jeden Einzelnen. Dabei ist ihm nicht wichtig, dass er mit dem Hostel massig Geschäft macht, sondern dass es jedem Einzelnen gut geht und alle die beste Zeit haben. Seine Crew, die dort arbeitet und er selbst haben mit uns eine Rollertour um die Insel gemacht und uns ganz viele tolle Orte gezeigt. Es war einer der schönsten Tage, die ich hatte. Ich war zu Beginn verwundert, wie ein Hostel eine so dermaßen gute Bewertung haben kann. Nachdem ich angekommen bin wurde mir schnell klar warum. Es ist nicht alles perfekt - Es ist alles genau richtig, so wie es ist. Das Hostel ist entspannt, super sauber, bietet Aktivitäten und ist toll gelegen (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Fullmoonstrand). Man fühlt sich wie zuhause und jeder der hierher kommt wird eine gute Zeit haben. Versprochen! Fon hat noch so viele tolle Ideen, das Hostel noch zu erweitern und noch schöner zu gestalten. Ob in 1, 2 oder 5 Jahren. Ich komme definitiv irgendwann wieder und bin schon jetzt gespannt, was er tolles daraus machen wird! Danke für die wundervollen Tage, lieber Fon! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

We had a wonderful stay at Kupu Kupu Phangan and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and very well-maintained—ideal for relaxation and well-being. A very special thank you goes to the fantastic team, especially Bank, AD, Micky, San, Aek, Lin, Ziny, Nonoe, and Foam. Everyone was always warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We were particularly touched by the loving and patient way our son was treated. As a family, we felt welcome from the very first moment. We would love to return and wholeheartedly recommend Kupu Kupu Phangan.

A hotel that captivated us! A heavenly place – for me, everything about this vacation and hotel was perfect. We stayed in 6 hotels during our trip, and I give this one first place. Beach The beach is truly a paradise, the most picturesque on Koh Phangan (we visited all the tourist beaches). The sea is ideal, clear, and calm. Grounds and Accommodation The hotel grounds are extensive, like stepping into a jungle. We rented a large two-story house, and when we opened the door, we were amazed by its spaciousness. The hotel is older, but it's meticulously maintained and renovated. Dining Breakfasts are varied and delicious, served on a veranda with a beautiful view, which makes mornings especially pleasant. Activities and Sports The hotel has a large gym, and regular yoga and stretching classes are held, which helps you completely relax and rejuvenate. Staff and Service The staff and service are 5-star+. When we left, I couldn't hold back tears – that's how wonderful and heartfelt it was. Thank you My thanks to the management, staff, and everyone involved in creating this little slice of heaven. We grounded ourselves, immersed ourselves in nature, and truly rested. Until we meet again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing! The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent. Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

I had stayed on this beach years ago, and it remained one of my absolute favourites. We decided to splurge and stay at the Buri Rasi this time, and we were not disappointed. The reception staff were great, very professional. The hotel itself is beachfront and has, I would say, the best spot on the beach. We had a pool-view room, and it was spacious and well-equipped. There was enough beds on the beach for everyone, the hotel did happy hour a lot, and sometimes all day, and that included the in-house massages. The breakfast was plentiful, and the pastries, I think, were cooked onsite and also sold in the coffee shop attached. Overall, a lovely spot to stay and relax for 5 days, the surrounding area has enough restaurants and bars if you do want to eat out, but everywhere was competitively priced. The only downside for me was the sea, at this time of year (Dec) the sea was wild and wavey so i couldnt flop about in it all day, as i had done at other times of the year.

The owner from Manchester are such lovely people. They offer daily trips for their guests so nobody will feel lonely while staying at this place. The employees are always friendly and it is really different than other places. You feel like coming home. The vibes are amazing ! I don’t really care about internet connections, because I remember Phangan when there was no 24/7 stores and nobody had mobile phones and there was no internet available. A warm welcome place to connect to other people easily. And again: the vibes are really amazing !!! Both thumbs up. P.S.: I don’t recommend the dorm room, but for students and young people who don’t have big budgets it is cool that this way of accommodation still exist.

We stayed for one night to relax after the Full Moon Party. The room is simple, with a view of the pool. The air conditioning in the room is not fast, we had to wait a long time for the temperature to drop to a comfortable level. But we really liked the pool in the courtyard, no scorching sun, always comfortable coolness. The location is convenient, breakfasts are in the neighboring building with a view of the sea.

Of the advantages, the location is excellent. Of the downsides: At the early departure (at 7 a.m.) no one was on the recipe, all attempts to call or reach them were unsuccessful, had to leave without a left deposit. On a bunch of missed calls as a result no one has called again

The place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities. The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay. Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more. Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel. Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.

Super relaxed atmosphere with lovely people who want to please you. You can rent a scooter, go paddle boarding and all the food you can get here is really great! Sweet dogs on site and a beautiful swimming pool with infinity pool overlooking the sea. What else do you want?
