AAnonymous UserDisappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel.
Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

I had a lovely time at Golden Tulip Hammamet President. The receptionists Fathia and Wiem were very kind and professional. Mokhtar was also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Excellent service from the whole team!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the breakfasts are monotonous, the same every day, the service is a 4, overall everyone is friendly, if you are relaxing alone it is fine, but if you have a family with children it will probably not be comfortable

JJames NilesExcellent hotel , staff very helpful , currency exchange , better than the very few ones in the area . Food was really good , plenty of choice , even salad s looked fresh . Beer very good , imported spirits , mostly no charge , all round very good , only gripe , a map of complex would be helpful , only found the water slides by accident ? .

JjawherThe hotel was good for the 2000s but unfortunately no renovations have been made on the staff side, catering or even in the building itself. The ALL IN was very basic with powdered juices a typical food that makes us sleep every hour of the day. the room was in poor condition, the bathroom full of mold and the insulation was not up to standard at all. It would be better to look for another hotel to have a pleasant stay. we are very disappointed.
