MMOHAMED RAMIThe hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

WWEIPerhaps due to the off-season, the hotel is very cost-effective, including three meals. The quality of the meals far exceeded expectations. The facilities are a bit old, and although the staff is not enthusiastic, they are very efficient.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice, but there were several nuances, for example, there were no toothbrushes and pastes in the room, also towels were not always clean, cleaning was not regulated, however, food was good and food was delicious! You have to understand that the hotel is really very big but is on part of the reconstruction, we got a really new room!

I had a lovely time at Golden Tulip Hammamet President. The receptionists Fathia and Wiem were very kind and professional. Mokhtar was also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Excellent service from the whole team!

The hotel is excellent, the rooms, the food and the staff, the only negative point is the full board, you are entitled to three services, breakfast, lunch and dinner, otherwise at the bar and at the beach everything is paying.
