The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, is clean and hygienic, has a beautiful environment with a strong artistic atmosphere, and offers warm and attentive service. I stayed in a lake-view room with a balcony; the view from the window was stunning, with lush trees and emerald green lake water, perfect for a stroll. The hotel's beautiful environment is ideal for travelers looking to relax and unwind.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family. The hotel room and restaurant were very clean and comfortable.
There is a pool where children can play, and the sea is right in front of you, so the location was great.

Guest UserThe hotel is right between the source and residential area so there's no self parking. If you park overnight at the source, you might risk being towed. The only option is valet parking for $25 a night, which isn't bad compared to the places in LA we were going to. They give you a ticket with a QR on it and every morning, you just have to scan it 5-10 minutes before going downstairs and that gives them ample of time to pull it up from their garage. The lobby smells weird but the rooms smell just fine. My parents really enjoyed the the king size bed with pool view and our room worked out just fine. I wish we had the time to swim in the pool though. We were just so tired from our itinerary during the day. Every night we returned to our room, the sheets were changed and we got new towels. One day they came at 8am when we were still sleeping in so they were super on top of it. We ran out of conditioner and that was never refilled but I also never told them what I specifically needed. The check out process was super swift. They just end up deducting the valet fee from the deposit, which is $75 a night.

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

Food from the hotel restaurant was gross. There were no plates, bowls, silverware in the room with a kitchenette. The Keurig didnt work on our second day. The outdoor jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles were broken. Parking was over-priced. Cable tv only.
The staff was pleasant. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The slides by the pool were fun for my daughter.

Guest UserThe room's beautiful layout and interior design made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities, such as the gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. When the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, I requested hot water from the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. A minor drawback was that the microwave was located inside the cafe, making it inaccessible during the evening hours when the cafe was closed. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find some dust on the hairdryer and a bug in the room.

In general this hotel is acceptable for the price range and consider how old this property is. There are two main complains about this hotel is the sound insulation and safety. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. In addition, the gap of hotel room door between the bottom of the door and floor is big. While we stayed there, we concerned if someone could use tools to open our room door thru that gap.

ZhuangmamahuanyoushijieThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the location, as always, is fantastic – right opposite South Coast Plaza and with plenty of restaurants nearby. This time, the room conditions were pretty good, though the shower pressure was a bit low, which made washing long hair a challenge. They don't clean the rooms daily, so you need to inform the front desk in advance. However, the towels they provided were always warm, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was limited but sufficient and quite fresh. The service was also good. The best part is the free parking; they proactively ask you at check-in and provide a card to place in your car. It's great value for money, and I'd choose to stay here again next time.
