Amazing
GGuest UserLocation is great. Parking is nice. Front dest staff are super friendly. Steak salad is great. They Give you 8oz of steak, which is more than most restaurants give you for a steak dinner. The cilantro lime dressing is fantastic. Restaurant staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
LLanting(Alice)The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, is clean and hygienic, has a beautiful environment with a strong artistic atmosphere, and offers warm and attentive service. I stayed in a lake-view room with a balcony; the view from the window was stunning, with lush trees and emerald green lake water, perfect for a stroll. The hotel's beautiful environment is ideal for travelers looking to relax and unwind.
HHIROSHIStayed for 3 nights with my family. The hotel room and restaurant were very clean and comfortable.
There is a pool where children can play, and the sea is right in front of you, so the location was great.
GGuest UserWe came to meet our physician & surgeon who was also at the Renaissance. Service in all areas EXCEPT check in/out was exceptional. When the staff for check in would answer phones before taking care of lines of customers, there is something wrong. There was one service person who was very very good. Her name was Mechenzie. She was fast and accurate. A necessity with impatient customers and long lines of them.
GGuest UserI would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right between the source and residential area so there's no self parking. If you park overnight at the source, you might risk being towed. The only option is valet parking for $25 a night, which isn't bad compared to the places in LA we were going to. They give you a ticket with a QR on it and every morning, you just have to scan it 5-10 minutes before going downstairs and that gives them ample of time to pull it up from their garage. The lobby smells weird but the rooms smell just fine. My parents really enjoyed the the king size bed with pool view and our room worked out just fine. I wish we had the time to swim in the pool though. We were just so tired from our itinerary during the day. Every night we returned to our room, the sheets were changed and we got new towels. One day they came at 8am when we were still sleeping in so they were super on top of it. We ran out of conditioner and that was never refilled but I also never told them what I specifically needed. The check out process was super swift. They just end up deducting the valet fee from the deposit, which is $75 a night.
KkaepinHighly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim!
I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim.
The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff.
One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials.
LLeung tinGreat value for money! 👍🏻 The place was spotless, and the kids absolutely loved playing in the water. We really appreciated the spacious room and the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. We originally booked for three days but liked it so much that we extended our stay. There are also plenty of restaurant choices nearby, all within a five-minute walk.
YYuguotianqingkaixinmeiyitian## Room:
The room was spacious. Some rooms are a bit noisy due to their proximity to the highway. Bottled water in the room is complimentary only for Hilton Honors members; otherwise, it costs $4 a bottle. Wi-Fi requires you to register as a member (I'm not sure if it's mandatory, but I had to register to use it). Housekeeping services need to be requested at the front desk upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong, but it was sufficient. As usual, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers were provided (I brought my own, so I don't know if they can be requested from the front desk).
## Hotel Facilities:
There's a small convenience store next to the front desk on the first floor, selling snacks, drinks, and water. The lobby also has a coffee shop that opens at 6:30 AM. I received two complimentary cookies during check-in, which was a pleasant surprise!
## Transportation:
To get to Disneyland, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel with direct service (bus routes 6/12 or 12), though the schedule isn't always precise. You can buy a day pass on the official website for $6 per adult; it's more cost-effective if you plan to use the bus for both往返 trips. A single ride with a credit card costs $4, and you'll be billed the next day. You can also take an Uber to Disneyland from the hotel entrance.
## Nearby:
Across from the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Wendy's. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, The Outlets at Orange, where you can shop.
AAnonymous UserAlthough the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland, it's conveniently located nearby, with an Uber ride costing around $15. Valet parking is quite steep at $45 a day. Inside the room, the towels provided were rather dirty, and the bed setup was quite strange, with an excessive number of layers. To top it off, the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming upon check-in.
