Orange County Hotels with Breakfast

A typical European style hotel, very welcoming. A staff member has multiple roles, either a front desk or a breakfast chef. Located in Seal Beach city, the hotel is an upscale community and safer. There is a Plaza not far from the hotel, there is Target, etc. It is very convenient, you can arrive without it.

I visited Disneyland by myself and staying here was so convenient and felt really safe! There's a 24-hour CVS right next door (you can pay with Alipay and use self-checkout, perfect for introverts who don't want to talk). The Korean restaurant across the street actually changed owners, but it still helped satisfy my Chinese cravings! Otherwise, I would have had to order takeout. The Din Tai Fung in town always has a long wait! Ordering takeout in the afternoon was super fast, delivered in just 25 minutes! Also, having organic decaf tea bags and coffee was a lifesaver for this Chinese person who needs hot water in the middle of the night 😂. Beating jet lag really makes you crave hot water! (I don't recommend the 7-Eleven across the street; the Indian staff really put me off, personally, and they couldn't take any of my cards).

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! Incredible value for money! The rooms were clean, and all the facilities and amenities were new. The pool was large and clean, and the shuttle service to Disneyland was very convenient, especially with the exceptionally friendly driver. Nearby, there are several Korean BBQ and seafood restaurants that are quite good. There's also a branch of a popular Cuban bakery with over 50 years of history, both highly recommended dining spots! The parking lot was quite spacious, making parking very easy. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with palm trees and sunshine – a real California vibe!

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

This is an older hotel, so there are no power outlets by the bed. I recommend bringing an extension cord if you're staying here. Also, the beds are quite high, likely designed for American body types. Next, if you request room cleaning, be aware that they might knock around 9 AM and enter if there's no response. Finally, the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak.

The hotel's overall environment is excellent. The lobby is clean and bright, with a simple yet elegant design. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the toiletries were well-stocked. I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff; they were incredibly warm and patient, always ready to help with any issues promptly. My stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend it! I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

Checked in at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim at Disneyland Park. This is more of a motel, to be precise, but the conditions and environment are pretty good. It's about a 30-minute walk from Disneyland, and there's a shuttle service, which is quite convenient. They offer a simple breakfast buffet, which is great for heading into the park early. However, after the fireworks show, it was already 10:30 PM, so we had to walk back. Walking back was a bit tiring, especially after a full day of walking around the park.

We had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed. The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again. The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient. The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly. I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry. Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved

The room facilities are great, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep in. It's quite clean, the environment is cozy, and the service is excellent! The owner is *********, and seeing that we had kids, they even gave us free drinks, which made us feel incredibly warm while being in a foreign country. It's about a 15-minute walk from Disneyland, and you can even see the fireworks at night.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
