Woke up late after a late night at Knott's & unfortunately missed the breakfast & actually can't remember if I was able to get any coffee before I left.
My only other issue was when, I initially was making my reservation, I needed to ensure that we were getting an ADA room as paid for & was hoping to get one on the first floor. It's a good thing I did call because the elevator wasn't in service & the first CS agent wasn't able to find a way to even find my reservation. I called back & when I spoke to a different CS agent, there was no problem, we received the first floor ADA room & us Disabled Vets were able to maneuver easily in/about/out of the room.
Thank you to all of the staff who went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable!! I'm in the process of booking two more stays here for the Military Tribute Days at Knott's!!"

"I loved the stay, only down side was on my final night there was a night checkin host, and she was giving me a hard time about my key that deactivated on its own, She was very rude and angry and pressing me for an ID, luckily I had a photo of my ID, but that was very dissatisfactory experience, She was working Jan 2, around 11pm, Made me feel like a criminal in a hotel I was staying and paid to be at. Other than that loved the place and great experience"

"This hotel was pretty good. You can tell the carpets are fairly old due to the smell, but it wasn’t too bad. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast! It was the typical continental breakfast, including a waffle machine. The kitchen staff was very sweet and quickly refilled items that ran out. We appreciated having a pool and Jacuzzi, however, the pool is small and was often full of teenagers who were quite aggressive with each other and the balls they were throwing around, which made it uncomfortable for our kids and others to swim. That was circumstantial, so I would hope that wouldn’t happen on a repeat visit, although, it was so unpleasant that it might cause us to look elsewhere next time."

"This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed at during my recent business trip in the United States. There are many hotels around the hotel. The overall area is quiet and safe. "The Ayres Suites hotel is inferior to other similar hotels in Irvine such as the Holiday Inn, and the breakfast is not rich enough. The hotel's sanitary facilities are average, the aisles are long and there is a slight smell (maybe the smell of disinfection), the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, the hotel price is cheaper than similar hotels, and the front desk staff is warm and friendly. The parking lot is free for staying guests, and the hotel deposit of USD125 is very high."

Service was great, and the room was clean and well serviced daily. The hotel restaurants serve until late night with kids eating free so overall it was a great experience. GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGuest UserThe Sheraton Hotel boasts an excellent location, just about a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is incredibly convenient. If you stay in a room facing Disneyland, you can enjoy the fireworks show in the evening. The hotel service is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly, adding even more joy to our Disneyland trip.

Ssalinda1The biggest highlight of this hotel is the free shuttle service to and from Disneyland! It drops you off right at the park entrance, so you don't have to wake up early to walk or take a taxi. You can sleep in and head out at your leisure. Even when the park closes late at night, there's a shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the hotel. After a whole day of walking, your feet are probably killing you, so having a shuttle is such a lifesaver! The shuttle drivers are all very friendly, and the service is always on time. The only thing to remember is to check the shuttle schedule in advance so you don't miss the last bus.

The room was very clean, and the two large beds were perfect for two adults and two children. There's also a bathtub, which was super relaxing for a soak after a long day. All the basic amenities are provided, including a fridge, microwave, and TV. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were both quick.

Continental breakfast for Customers Only down play we had was the waffle maker took forever to cook which could cause delays for you. Other than that Great Stay!!!!

1. Hotel's parking is a block away across the street. Parking spots are tiny, larger cars will have hard time parking.
2. Air conditioning units are those portable things on wheels. Right in the room. Very loud, turns on/off all night.
3. Windows open sliding up - don't stay open, too old/falling apart. Also have no screen.
4. Room is the tiniest I ever seen in hotels.
5. Bathroom sink - stand alone sink with no space to put toiletries on.

Rooftop bar, restaurant onsite and great Mexican restaurant across the street.

GGuest UserVery clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.
