Does advertise a free shuttle service to Disney but this was only going to Disney for most of my trip, not the return back, which was a bit disappointing as this cost more money in taxis. First two nights staying in the room the heating only blew out cold air, was offered to switch rooms but had 2 kids asleep in there so this wouldn't have worked. Maintenance came in on the 3rd day to fix the issue. Found a small cockroach in the morning one morning, put a glass over it and the cleaner did get rid of it for when I came back into the room. Overall good hotel"

"## Room: The room was spacious. Some rooms are a bit noisy due to their proximity to the highway. Bottled water in the room is complimentary only for Hilton Honors members; otherwise, it costs $4 a bottle. Wi-Fi requires you to register as a member (I'm not sure if it's mandatory, but I had to register to use it). Housekeeping services need to be requested at the front desk upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong, but it was sufficient. As usual, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers were provided (I brought my own, so I don't know if they can be requested from the front desk). ## Hotel Facilities: There's a small convenience store next to the front desk on the first floor, selling snacks, drinks, and water. The lobby also has a coffee shop that opens at 6:30 AM. I received two complimentary cookies during check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! ## Transportation: To get to Disneyland, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel with direct service (bus routes 6/12 or 12), though the schedule isn't always precise. You can buy a day pass on the official website for $6 per adult; it's more cost-effective if you plan to use the bus for both往返 trips. A single ride with a credit card costs $4, and you'll be billed the next day. You can also take an Uber to Disneyland from the hotel entrance. ## Nearby: Across from the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Wendy's. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, The Outlets at Orange, where you can shop."

"Nothing spectacular about the place, front office staff was worse, will try every excuse not to entertain guests.Not even helpful, they automatically assume that those coming to the office are going to complain. Simple ice machines were not working for over a month. No back solution they will tell you to just buy ice from the next gas station. Nothing special here, go take your business elsewhere. When you enter the vicinity you will see what I mean."
