GGuest UserIt can really be called a paradise. The service provided by the housekeeper Qiaoer and every service staff is very warm, thoughtful and meticulous! Many details are done perfectly, it is indeed a unique resort hotel! I hope that we can further enrich the experience projects in the future and provide leisure and entertainment suitable for the whole family, children and adults of different ages and genders! Furthermore, there are many trees in the surrounding mountains, which makes it a bit messy, so further planning can be done. (Although it is already beautiful)

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are standard and complete, the beds are moderately hard and soft, clean and tidy, and the bathroom facilities are hot enough.
The staff at the front desk, Xiao Ye, were warm and friendly, and the professionalism was high. The service staff, Xiao Liu, also took the initiative to help take the luggage to the room.
The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, the lobby is spacious, the surrounding environment is more beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. Although it is a five-star hotel, the price is relatively reasonable and provides a wealth of services and facilities.

GGuest User這次是帶娃來石門玩，聽朋友建議這家酒店很不錯，從進門開始，感覺停車場很大，對自己開車出來玩很友好，並且還有充電樁！超方便！前台小姐姐辦理入住迅速又親切，房間寬敞衞生很乾凈，床墊軟硬適中，睡了個難得的好覺！服務員還主動為我們送了小童牙具和拖鞋，贊！
早餐必須誇一下！品種豐富，現煮的米粉和煎蛋特別好吃，服務員收盤及時，態度很熱情！這麼好的酒店會安利給朋友！

The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience
