The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the floating bridge. There are many places for dinner and supper nearby, which is very convenient. There are power banks and claw machines in the hotel lobby, which the kids love! The service provided by the guy at the front desk is very good. There are many items available at the service desk. There are a lot of colds now, and the front desk also provides free masks, which is very considerate! The room is very clean, takeaways are delivered to the room by robots, and there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony. I love this hotel so much!

The breakfast at the hotel was rich and delicious, and the service was very good. I mistakenly thought I had booked a room with breakfast and went directly to the restaurant. The restaurant did not force us to pay and instead gave us a free breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was always responsive and explained everything. It was a very satisfying stay.

I absolutely love their mountain-view balcony, which cleverly blends the mountainside into a private space, offering views of bamboo groves and banana trees. Whether chatting with friends over tea or taking a bath amidst nature, it's so relaxing you won't want to leave. The rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic green views, accompanied by the sounds of butterflies and birdsong. The hotel's design exudes Eastern aesthetics throughout, with tea rooms, porcelain, and artworks scattered throughout. You can easily spend an afternoon relaxing at the hotel, enjoying tea and reading. Within 1 kilometer are popular spots like the ”Shouqiping” (a type of cafe), Bukongshan Coffee, and the Sanbao Art Museum, making it super convenient for sightseeing and entertainment. ✅Two breakfasts are provided each morning. If needed, you can also ask the receptionist for steam eye masks.

Absolutely thrilled! We had initially planned to explore the city center, despite traveling quite a distance, but ended up having a full-day staycation right at the hotel! The pool is right downstairs, so the kids could just put on their swimsuits and dive straight in! The infinity pool at Building 11 was absolutely stunning in the evening! The staff were incredibly friendly! Every single person I encountered was so welcoming and helpful. They always had a smile, genuinely thought from a guest's perspective, and provided proactive service. A convenient shuttle service is available for getting around – just a phone call away! Although it's located in the suburbs, the Ceramic Museum is only about a ten-minute drive away! Absolutely perfect.

I'm quite satisfied, but there are two things I need to mention. The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness of the bedsheets. I didn't bring it up with the hotel on check-in night, so I figured it might be due to the new renovations. But I hope I won't encounter similar situations when I visit Leping in the future. There was a long reptile in the wash basin. I was afraid of getting burned by it at the time, so I didn't take a photo. The special item is the welcome fruit, which used to be there when you entered the room, but they oversaw it this time. They called and delivered it, and the attitude was very good. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
