5-Star Hotels in Jingdezhen

The breakfast at the hotel was rich and delicious, and the service was very good. I mistakenly thought I had booked a room with breakfast and went directly to the restaurant. The restaurant did not force us to pay and instead gave us a free breakfast. The customer service at the front desk was always responsive and explained everything. It was a very satisfying stay.

We visited Jingdezhen with our two kids. Jingdezhen in the summer is incredibly hot, so we specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor pool and found this one right next to the Ceramic Museum. We had a smooth check-in at 3:30 PM. You can scan a QR code to book various hotel activities, but special events have limited dates, so we didn't get a chance to try them with the kids. On the first night, we found dinner in the commercial area next to the hotel and used the pottery coupon the hotel provided. The concierge helped us find a shortcut, which saved the kids a lot of energy. There are also some children's facilities on the lawn connecting the hotel and the commercial area, perfect for an evening stroll with the little ones. When we returned to our room that night, housekeeping thoughtfully delivered snacks and fruit. The pool is also kid-friendly, with a maximum depth of 150cm, and the water was clean, though I couldn't find a swimsuit dryer. The next morning, we headed to the Ceramic Museum, which was less than a 10-minute walk away, and again, the concierge was very enthusiastic and led us there. That night, they again delivered snacks and fruit, and even gave the kids a room gift. Both kids raved about the hotel staff! Although the hotel clearly shows some age, the service was consistently warm and welcoming. Even on weekdays with fewer guests, breakfast wasn't limited to set menus. Every morning, the two little ones enjoyed feeding the fish. Housekeeping was prompt and thoughtful, and the front desk staff were always happy to answer questions. It was a very pleasant stay, and returning to the hotel under the scorching sun felt like coming home. A truly wonderful and heartwarming experience!

This hidden gem, 'Mysterious Sanbao' in Sanbao Village, is a treasure! It has 39 rooms, and the founder, who is a designer, has infused it with an Eastern aesthetic combined with Song Dynasty culture. I stayed in the 'Guanshan' mountain-view king room with a terrace. It comes with a full set of Bvlgari toiletries, and I absolutely have to praise the bed! It's the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the bedding quality is superb. For breakfast, you can choose between mixed noodles or boiled noodles for the main course, along with red bean soup and millet porridge – a truly ceremonial experience. There's also a reading area and a tea room. Parking is free, and there are many charming shops nearby. It's also very close to Bukongshan, making it easy to enjoy coffee and afternoon tea at your leisure.

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the rooms are really spacious, which made for a very comfortable stay. Hygiene: Clean and well-maintained. The only minor point was that a few small creatures/insects were spotted in isolated sections of the corridors that probably need some attention. Environment: The surroundings are beautiful and surpassed our expectations. All my friends traveling with me were also thoroughly impressed. Service: Absolutely top-notch service! The staff were all incredibly thoughtful and attentive. For example, at breakfast, they quickly helped us find a table, and plates were cleared very promptly once we finished eating. A delightful surprise was finding sunscreen spray available in the lobby – truly, they thought of every detail! It's very kid-friendly, with plenty of play areas for children! We'll definitely consider returning with the kids next time, perhaps for a swim 🏊🏻‍♂️.

For my trip to Jingdezhen this time, I chose the recently opened Holiday Inn Jingdezhen, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's design is incredibly thoughtful, with soft and sophisticated light grey tones paired with natural wood. The lobby's decor really pays attention to the details. VeeGee at the front desk was super enthusiastic and made check-in a breeze. The bellhops, CC and Evan, were also very friendly and proactively helped me with my luggage. Staff members would always greet me with a smile when I entered or left, and on rainy days, they even held an umbrella for me to my car. The breakfast deserves special praise; they even had local specialties like 'leng fen' (cold noodles) and 'youtiao mazi' (fried dough sticks with mochi), plus 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes), all incredibly authentic. The handsome and beautiful staff responsible for tidying up the restaurant were also amazing. They were diligent in clearing plates and even helped make coffee and deliver it to my table. The entire experience was incredibly comfortable and pleasant.

Family, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bedding is so comfortable I wanted to sleep in. The service is impeccable; the staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!
