I couldn't wait to write a review after the first night! After years of traveling, this is hands-down my favorite homestay. You can tell it's high quality and thoughtfully managed. The underfloor heating and air conditioning were already on, ready for our arrival. They offer free electric scooter rentals and free charging. There's afternoon tea, coffee, and even a sweet soup in the evening. We arrived at 10 PM, and even before we got there, a warm soup was waiting for us. The butler was incredibly responsive to every request, helping me get everything settled. The next morning, breakfast was delivered right to our door promptly at 8 AM – so efficient and punctual! One evening, all the electric scooters were taken, and the front desk lady even lent me her own, along with a scarf, hat, and gloves. It was incredibly heartwarming. My child had an online class that ended a bit late, and most restaurants outside were closed. The owner personally cooked us a few dishes. Although the ingredients were simple, it was the warmest gesture on a cold winter night. If you're going to Jingdezhen, stay here; you absolutely won't regret it!

I chose this homestay for a trip on May 1st. Let me talk about the internal environment first. It is very clean and the facilities are intelligent. The most important thing is that the furnishings are very special. The owner of the homestay is online! Ceramic elements are seamlessly integrated throughout, making every corner a photo-op. Its prime location allows for easy walking access to Taoxichuan, perfect for exploring markets and shops. The rooms are clean and airy, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful design details. The breakfast spread is extensive, featuring local specialties like youtiao bao mazi (fried dough stick with glutinous rice cake). The service is attentive and thorough, with a welcome drink offered during check-in and excellent butler service.

Guys, listen! This hotel feels like home! We felt ourselves dear guests! The scenery is so beautiful ! The room - exquisite and cozy! Crunchy fresh bedsheets, heated toilet seat, bathtub, heated floor!!! It’s amazing! The breakfast is delicious! You have to try their noodles! And also coffee! For pet lovers - there are two cats living there. So quiet at night, you can watch the stars. We had a bathtub and a balcony. There’s a little forest right next to the building gives, the air is so clean and fragrant. I am so happy the fate has led me to stay at this hotel. I wish the owners success in their business. And I hope many more travelers can enjoy this warm feeling as I did🫶🏼 Great place!

Super satisfied! A perfect score! 💯 Exceeded expectations! This is my second time in Jingdezhen, and this time I chose to stay in Sanbao Village. I chose this place because of the ambiance! It felt very warm and welcoming, like coming home. You could feel the owner's dedication. Only someone who treats this place like their own home could run it so diligently. This time, I mainly came to paint on unglazed clay! I was out early and back late every day; the owner said she saw us coming back in the early hours of the morning. But thankfully, I got to eat her healthy and delicious breakfast every day! The owner also makes coffee, does latte art, and takes excellent care of the cats and dogs!!! I will definitely come back again!

I stayed for 12 nights and found my experience to be consistently wonderful. From check in/ out, breakfast, housekeeping, to amenities and car ride service to the airport, every aspect was delivered with care and attentiveness. Any requests or enquiries were promptly addressed either in person or through the Frontdesk WeChat, which was very convenient. Daily housekeeping was thorough, frontdesk staff were friendly and attentive, and I especially appreciate the rich variety of healthy breakfast options. My room was a little small but very well furnished, with a beautiful view of the mountains and courtyard trees. Although it was rainy for most of my stay here, there was plenty to explore in the area and the location is very convenient- around 5-20 minutes car ride to most attractions and night markets. Thank you to the amazing 88 Homestay staff for making my first stay in Jingdezhen such a comfortable experience! I felt very well taken care of, and highly recommend 88 Homestay!

I had an absolutely stunning stay here with my dogs, and I honestly get emotional just thinking about it. From the moment we arrived, the kindness and warmth from everyone, staff and guests alike, made us feel completely at home. There’s something truly special about the atmosphere. it’s so positive, welcoming, and calming that you can’t help but relax and enjoy every moment. The place itself is breathtakingly beautiful, and the pet-friendly vibe makes it a dream come true for anyone travelling with pets. My dogs were treated with so much love and care, which meant the world to me. This has officially become my go-to spot whenever I travel with my pets. Came to Jingdezhen for the Dragon Boat Festival. I checked beforehand, and the hotel is very close to Taoxichuan, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, I could use my Trip.com points, which made it excellent value for money. Facilities: Both the soft and hardware are great. They even upgraded our room, which was quite spacious. Since it was so hot, we kept the key card in, so the air conditioning was always on when we returned, which was very comfortable. The bathroom is also wet-dry separated! There were plenty of disposable toiletries. If you need anything extra like toilet seat covers, brown sugar ginger tea, or razors, you can pick them up at the front desk. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily and was very tidy. Environment: The environment is quite nice. Service: The service was really good. They created a group chat, so we could communicate many things there, and they were promptly addressed. This time, I tried both breakfast and supper, and both were quite good! They even gave us a souvenir when we left! Highly recommend!
