Jingdezhen Hotels with Breakfast

Our family of 13 recently spent three nights at Wuyou Stayhill Resort in Sanbao Village, Jingdezhen, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The location is excellent—about a 20‑minute drive from Jingdezhen city—yet set in a quiet village surrounded by mountains and many artist studios, cafés, and restaurants, so there is always something interesting to explore. The hotel also provided free rental scooters, which made exploring Sanbao village easy and really fun. Waking up each morning to the crisp mountain air was already the perfect start to the day. The resort offers spacious rooms with high‑quality finishes and fittings; our six rooms were all beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with quality bedding and bathroom amenities that made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff, who were consistently caring, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs. They handled several ad‑hoc requests even before our arrival and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay so that every member of our family felt well looked after. We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast each morning. After long days of sightseeing, it was a joy to return to the resort, where a good night sweat desert soup awaited us, making it feel like coming home every evening. On Christmas Eve, our sweet dessert soup was accompanied by a beautifully written poem wishing us all a Merry Christmas, a thoughtful touch that showed how the staff went the extra mile to make us feel special. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay smooth, relaxing, and truly memorable, and this hotel is highly recommended to anyone planning to visit Sanbao Village.

My stay at the Jingdezhen Zijing Hotel was, on the whole, a great experience! Although the hotel isn't in the city center, Jingdezhen itself isn't very large, so getting to various attractions by taxi was always convenient. The biggest highlight is its proximity to the China Ceramic Museum; it's within walking distance, making visits to the exhibitions incredibly easy. The rooms we stayed in, in buildings six and seven, had excellent facilities. The bedding was comfortable, and the mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The rooms came with a bathtub and a balcony, which significantly enhanced the living experience, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast was standard, meeting daily needs. The only minor drawback was the lack of a large luggage rack in the room, meaning a big suitcase couldn't be fully opened and laid out. However, this is a minor issue. Overall, I give it a five-star recommendation. It's the top choice when visiting Jingdezhen to see the Ceramic Museum!

(Direct access to Taoyangli from the back door). ❤️ What I liked most is that the hotel's front desk staff were like NPCs in a game; you had to use specific dialogue to trigger certain events, like side quests: [Side Quest One: Get a complimentary cocktail 🍸 (Pic 6).] [Side Quest Two: Ask the front desk for a Mid-Autumn Festival gift, and you'll receive a cup.] [Side Quest Three: Collect stamps from any 7 of the 9 scenic area hotels for a chance to get a blind box. (Unfortunately, I only got 5 stamps.)] ⚠️❗️ Cons: 1️⃣ Breakfast was very average. Super average. Seriously. 2️⃣ The hotel-provided guided tour of the Imperial Kiln Museum was scheduled for 10 AM, and I assumed the meeting point was in the hotel lobby. It turns out it was at the museum entrance. (The front desk only told me the time, not the location or any other important details, and it took us almost half an hour to find the guide.)

My friend and I chose this B&B for our last two nights in Jingdezhen, initially drawn in by the interior design. However, the true 'Nanyang' (Southeast Asian) style was really only present in the exterior and interior of the check-in building. The location isn't super close to everything, but not too far either, about a ten-minute walk. It was quite hot to walk there given the recent weather. In terms of service, compared to other B&Bs and hotels, we felt the overall service was rather cold. We saw staff as soon as we got out of the car, but they didn't react at all. From check-in to check-out, no one offered to help with luggage. When we asked the front desk about nearby pottery studios, one young man, whose speech was very unclear, immediately distanced himself from the pottery shop next door, stating they weren't affiliated, in a detached tone. While extreme enthusiasm isn't required, a basic friendly attitude should be a given (the other ladies at the front desk were relatively more proactive and offered suggestions). In short, the young man on the first day of our stay felt very cold, which was a bit of a negative impression. The subsequent customer service and other staff were much better. Secondly, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and even mosquito carcasses on the walls. There were also water stains on the sink. The hygiene really needs improvement. Finally, I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers, as it's practically not soundproof. The trees in the small courtyard definitely created a nice atmosphere, though it was too hot to sit outside much. In summary, the customer service even offered a WeChat red packet for a good review. I sincerely suggest that this money be used to improve the quality of the rooms and the service within the accommodation!

The room was very clean and bright. The staff were enthusiastic, and the hotel pool was a hit with the kids. My child went for a swim as soon as we arrived at 7:30 PM and stayed until 9 PM. We brought back food from outside, and the staff kindly kept the restaurant lights on and a table reserved for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The next morning, they even helped us book a photo session and a pottery making class. The beef noodle soup for breakfast was delicious, and they even gave us a ceramic mug as a souvenir when we left. It's definitely worth a visit.

Overall, great value for money. The hotel features a charming Chinese aesthetic with porcelain accents, evident in the various ceramic decorations in the lobby. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The self-service laundry with a dryer was very convenient for washing off clay after pottery making. The location is a major plus, within walking distance to Taoyangli and the Imperial Kiln Factory. There are plenty of street food stalls and snack streets nearby, making dining and getting around super easy. The front desk staff were very attentive, proactively recommending markets and shopping routes. The hotel's breakfast was quite exquisite too.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the concierge immediately offered to help with our luggage, and the front desk manager, Liliya, was very efficient with check-in. The hotel even contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time. Room: We booked a twin room and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room had an expansive view and excellent soundproofing, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Yao Yu Zuo and Taoxichuan Market, making it super accessible.

The biggest headache for travelers is choosing a hotel. It’s really hard to choose. Fortunately, I have a unique vision and chose this Xijiantang Art Hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the large balcony on the third floor is no worse than those Internet celebrity hotels. Super movie. I thought I was in a resort hotel. The location is perfect. It is very close to all attractions. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful. Opposite is the river view. You can enjoy the breeze and take a walk. The hotel is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The sister at the front desk Very welcoming, breakfast is also great, very suitable for the taste buds of out-of-town babies, highly recommended

The location is nice compared to the price, you can go most of the tourist spots within 20 mins. The staff here is so lively and talkative.

I extended my stay at this hotel - although it’s not perfect, it’s good for the price. Nice and clean.
