YYida88Our family of 13 recently spent three nights at Wuyou Stayhill Resort in Sanbao Village, Jingdezhen, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The location is excellent—about a 20‑minute drive from Jingdezhen city—yet set in a quiet village surrounded by mountains and many artist studios, cafés, and restaurants, so there is always something interesting to explore. The hotel also provided free rental scooters, which made exploring Sanbao village easy and really fun. Waking up each morning to the crisp mountain air was already the perfect start to the day. The resort offers spacious rooms with high‑quality finishes and fittings; our six rooms were all beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with quality bedding and bathroom amenities that made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff, who were consistently caring, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs. They handled several ad‑hoc requests even before our arrival and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay so that every member of our family felt well looked after. We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast each morning. After long days of sightseeing, it was a joy to return to the resort, where a good night sweat desert soup awaited us, making it feel like coming home every evening. On Christmas Eve, our sweet dessert soup was accompanied by a beautifully written poem wishing us all a Merry Christmas, a thoughtful touch that showed how the staff went the extra mile to make us feel special. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay smooth, relaxing, and truly memorable, and this hotel is highly recommended to anyone planning to visit Sanbao Village.

GGuest UserI was so lucky to book this guesthouse! The location is fantastic, making it convenient to go anywhere and eat. They rent electric scooters on-site, and while it's not in a bustling area, it's quiet, so it's very peaceful at night. It's great value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities and amenities were excellent, especially the mattress and pillows – they were so comfortable, making me feel right at home! The guesthouse staff were wonderful; they helped me carry my large luggage up and down the stairs, and their service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They even gave me great tips on sightseeing and dining, ensuring I had a fantastic time!

SShanquanliThe hotel is built into the hillside with a courtyard style, functioning as a comprehensive conference center. It's surrounded by lush greenery, creating a beautiful environment. It's also very close to the Jingdezhen China Ceramics Museum. Check-in and key collection are done in Building 1. The breakfast restaurant is located on the first floor of Building 1. I stayed in Building 3 (opposite Building 1); the room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The bedding was clean and comfortable. While the room layout and facilities were a bit old-fashioned, they were well-maintained and perfectly functional. We received a complimentary snack pack on the first day. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the dining area was spacious.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse is an absolute gem! The location is fantastic, close to Taoxichuan, making it super easy to get around, and all the essential amenities are nearby. Renting an e-bike makes exploring attractions like Sanbao Village, Taoyang New Village, and the Sculpture Ceramics Factory a breeze – you can hit all the key Jingdezhen sights. The guesthouse itself is elegant and comfortable, beautifully incorporating ceramic culture with a lot of style, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness is impeccable; the room was spotless, the bedding fresh and soft, and the bathroom facilities looked brand new. It's well-equipped with a comfy bed, good appliances, and thoughtful toiletries. The service is incredibly warm and attentive; the owner is as friendly as a friend. We received a welcome gift upon arrival and a little surprise when we checked out – it was heartwarming throughout. Five stars, absolutely!

Conveniently located in the bustling Sanbao street, eleme deliveries are also available and come right up to the room, the hot tub came with bath salts, mood lighting and really was worth every penny. Standout features: - Luxurious design - Exceptional bed and pillows, best sleep in months - Amazing hot tub - Good quality bath products and toiletries - Very cozy robes - Spacious room Few suggestions that could elevate this experience further: - The tv does not have GiTV it has CRTV so English entertainment is unavailable on the projector unless you mirror your device and use a Chinese streaming app. International apps are not compatible. - Room temp at night is quite warm since air conditioning is switched off during the winters, fans would be a relief - Would’ve loved some chocolate placed on pillows for a honey suite - The service is only in Chinese and restaurant closes at 4:30 pm unless you book a meal in advance - There is no dairy creamer with the coffee only milk available in the restaurant on 1F - Would’ve loved the projector in the hot tub area - Xiao Du only understands Chinese and most room commands need her assistance, inconvenient if someone doesn’t speak the language - Hard to find Didi Cabs to go anywhere but relatively easy to find cabs 2km away. (Very scenic walk or e-scooter) 10/10 recommended

JJoseph 傅总Crystal Pudi hotel has always been my first choice when I visit Jingdezhen every few months. I travel a lot and I know what makes a good hotel stay. First of all, before you reach JDZ. You can arrange a driver to pick you up. 汤师傅 was my driver always .. he is friendly and very welcoming. That’s an important first impression. Second . The hotel counter staff. This trip I stayed a total of 6 days and I must say, all counter staff are well trained. They are polite and all so eager to assist me in my enquires. Even down to the cleaning aunty, they gave the biggest smile when ever they saw me. Especially working on level 2 rooms aunty. She is the sweetest lady. Thirdly. Cleanliness and location . Hotel cleanliness is tiptop, although I am not any hotel critics but I know a clean hotel when I sees one. My room have a nice tea set table that I have tea everyday. Towels are clean with zero smell. Hotel is located near to a Ktv district but it is not rowdy. Walk a little more and you will find a big shopping center 金濎. Weekends there will be street food right at the hotel front. P.S : hotel staff gave me a room upgrade with a fantastic bathroom. The bathtub is super big and such a wonderful experience soaking in hot water tub. I really appreciate and thankful for the hospitality given out by this chain hotel staff. I now have my favourite hotel in China.

GGuest UserRelatives from out of town came to Jingdezhen to visit. It was inconvenient to stay at home. I checked many hotels and finally chose this hotel. My relatives were very satisfied with their stay. The environment was very good and gave us a lot of face. At least it was comfortable to stay at this level and cost-effective. Very high. You can choose this hotel next time you need to entertain friends. You won't be disappointed.

GGuest UserI don’t write reviews unless it’s extremely good or bad. This might be my worst hotel experience ever while traveling in China. I ended up switching hotels because of point 3. 1. I booked for a non-smoking and quite room, ended up with a room smells like cigarettes. You can tell my smelling the curtains and the room walls. After complained, they changed room for me. I can smell the cigarette the moment I walked in. Then I ask to change it again, they refused. They said that I can sleep here for the night then they’ll consider changing the room. 2. I found stains on the sheets and ask them to change sheets. It’s the night staff’s first day working, and she doesn’t know how to change the sheets and make the bed properly (untrained employee being put on a night shift the first day working). 3. Then, they contacted the manager and finally changed me to another room. The security person came up and delivered the new room key. Honestly, this is the main reason I decided to switch hotels. He asked me: “What problems do you have?” I felt threatened and not safe. I said, I just want to sleep in a non-smoking quiet room. I am the customer and I paid to stay here. Is that a problem? He laughed. The way he looked at me gave me chills. It’s not a security person, it’s literally a g***ster off the street. China is a safe country but not this hotel.

The second room in the morning suddenly cigarette smell came through the aircondition and it was not possible to turn it off. And we saw a little mould on one of the walls. We than got another room which was fine, but the overall cleanliness could have been better: stains on the floor e.g. I think it was a little overdone with the „electrifying“ the room, the curtains could only be opened/ closed electronically, but it was only completely opened or completely closed which is nonsense. In the second room it didn’t work anymore in the morning, so how is this helpful?
