AAnonymous UserThe overall stay experience without going down the mountain far exceeded expectations and is highly recommended. Before arriving, the hotel staff had contacted and confirmed our check-in needs in advance, and the communication was smooth and efficient. The hotel is built on the mountain, surrounded by green trees, and the environment is quiet, with a sense of secluded comfort away from the hustle and bustle. The room was clean and tidy, with a touch of aroma, and the details were well taken care of. During the stay, the staff responded to our needs very quickly, which made people feel at ease. The breakfast presented by the hotel is also remarkable, tastes good, and extra points are added in the morning in the mountains. The restaurant is quiet and the overall experience of dining here is very pleasant. In Jingmai Mountain, if you don’t go down the mountain, compared with other hotels, whether in terms of hardware facilities, service details or various experiences, the overall is better. If you have a budget, you can be brainless.

AAdaHuang_This hotel is a comprehensive wellness resort with excellent facilities, including hot spring pools, an infinity pool, and a health clinic. The entire hotel has over 260 rooms, spread across several buildings, offering both standard rooms and villas.
The front desk upgraded me to a mountain view room upon check-in, and when I provided feedback at check-out, they also gave me a tea gift.
I found interesting folk handicrafts at the gift shop.
Service could be improved. The promised welcome fruit was never delivered, and there was no proactive introduction to the hotel's facilities or the various experience packages. When I inquired, most of them were unavailable for booking.
The afternoon tea pastries were not impressive.
The restaurant had very few non-spicy options, and the selection was too limited.
The second-floor platform needs better management. Also, guests in the lobby on the first floor were still being noisy late at night.
Overall, it's much better than the established quiet luxury hotels nearby, but there's still room for improvement.

YYumaofengLast year, I decided to spend three days in Jingmai Mountain for Chinese New Year. Coincidentally, the Holiday Inn at the foot of Jingmai Mountain was about to open and offering a promotion, so I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located in Huimin Town, at the base of Jingmai Mountain. In town, there's Bolian, Liushi, and reportedly, an Aman that's under construction. The hotel's immediate surroundings are nothing special; the commercial area meant to complement it feels unfinished, but it doesn't affect your stay. Parking is right by the hotel entrance on the roadside. The room seemed to have been treated for formaldehyde, as there was no strange odor. Breakfast was decent, but felt a bit basic. I think it could be more elaborate, considering it's a resort hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic and proactive in resolving any issues; their attitude was excellent, they were never unhelpful. After all, it's an international chain with consistent training, standards, and service.

DDahaokafeibeiWaking up early and opening the balcony door, I was deeply moved by the layers of mist, the sea of clouds, and the birdsong. There's no gym here, but Aileng Mountain is right behind the hotel, and a hike there is incredibly refreshing! There are many activities, and the companions were very enthusiastic. I originally wanted to hire a local guide, but the hotel took us on a hike to Wengji Ancient Village on the first day, and to Aileng Mountain on the second day (the 4km descent was perfectly manageable for a 4.5-year-old, who still had plenty of energy afterward). The stories told by Father Niula at the fire pit and the companions were also excellent~~
As for the room, the architecture and facilities are good, though some parts are a bit old, but it's not a big deal. It's truly great; I love hotels with a strong sense of experience and culture. It really embodies the idea of 'experiencing' things.

11890108****Jingmai Mountain Pu'er is my absolute favorite, the only choice when visiting Jingmai. With a massive footprint, it features just over 30 guest rooms, dedicating vast spaces to common areas, including extremely generous tea rooms and reading nooks – what's not to love? The hotel's service is a major highlight; the restaurant staff remembered us from day one, catering thoughtfully to our daily preferences and dislikes. Doing nothing but sipping tea and basking in the sun in the tea room every day—this is my dreamed life!
This time, the hotel's partnered photography service, 'Caomu Tea,' even included a complimentary ethnic costume photoshoot in Nuogan Ancient Village. The makeup and outfits were probably the best in the village. The lady helping us choose photos, Youyou, was incredibly patient, guiding us slowly through the selection without any hard selling. We were very pleased with the photos of our daughter!

The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in.
It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

MM225441****The trip to Ximeng was such a pleasant surprise. The travel guide said Ximeng was just average, so I was about to give up on this attraction. But after arriving, I found that this border town was such a pleasant surprise. It was clean, and Longtan and Molongye were so beautiful. It was a pristine beauty, not an artificial landscape. The hotel was very good, with thoughtful service and upgraded room types. The breakfast and dinner were rich and delicious. During the Spring Festival, various handmade intangible cultural heritage projects were arranged: tie-dyeing, animal and plant specimens, perfume making, incense making, coffee roasting, etc. The hotel directly overlooked the beautiful sunrise. I stayed for two nights, and my parents were very satisfied and reluctant to leave. After seeing the photos, my friends also wanted to come. I will come again next time. It is a great place to escape from the world.

The infinity pool is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold on the day of check-in, so it was not suitable for swimming. The air in the mountains is very fresh. If there were no camp lights on all night, this place would be more suitable for stargazing. The breakfast is very rich and delivered to the door. I ordered a set of Chinese and Western food, and the dishes were also very attentive. The drinks, fruits and instant noodles in the room are free, which is very humane. If you don’t want to order dishes at night, you can make do with a meal in the room. The hygiene products are also good, and there are even children's products (although I don’t have children).

The facilities are convenient and comfortable to use. The hygiene is very meticulous. The front desk service is very thoughtful and the communication ability is strong. GGuest UserThe parent-child twin room I stayed in this time is too suitable for families with children, and the children especially like it as soon as they enter the room. The hotel's amusement area is oversized and the overall design is very careful. There are also many fun places that have not had time to take pictures. This group of photos were taken after checking out.
This time I came here mainly to go to the government affairs service center next to it. The location is really amazing. It is at the entrance of the hotel. It is especially worry-free to bring the baby to work. One person is attentive, one person is playing with the child in the hotel, the whole process is quiet, not crying at all. The overall stay experience is full, I have made an appointment with the child, come back next weekend!
