AAdaHuang_This hotel is a comprehensive wellness resort with excellent facilities, including hot spring pools, an infinity pool, and a health clinic. The entire hotel has over 260 rooms, spread across several buildings, offering both standard rooms and villas.
The front desk upgraded me to a mountain view room upon check-in, and when I provided feedback at check-out, they also gave me a tea gift.
I found interesting folk handicrafts at the gift shop.
Service could be improved. The promised welcome fruit was never delivered, and there was no proactive introduction to the hotel's facilities or the various experience packages. When I inquired, most of them were unavailable for booking.
The afternoon tea pastries were not impressive.
The restaurant had very few non-spicy options, and the selection was too limited.
The second-floor platform needs better management. Also, guests in the lobby on the first floor were still being noisy late at night.
Overall, it's much better than the established quiet luxury hotels nearby, but there's still room for improvement.

GGuest UserI deliberated for a long time when booking, but ultimately decided on the Holiday Inn at the foot of the mountain since I was traveling with my children and family.
Facilities: Comprehensive. Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Although it's a new establishment, everything is still excellent 👍. Service: The service attitude is also good 😌. Breakfast is plentiful. There aren't many dinner options nearby, but for those coming from the city, I highly recommend this place.
Many facilities up in the mountains cannot be guaranteed, especially hot water for showers and warmth for sleeping. For a family trip, this is truly the top choice.

11890108****Jingmai Mountain Pu'er is my absolute favorite, the only choice when visiting Jingmai. With a massive footprint, it features just over 30 guest rooms, dedicating vast spaces to common areas, including extremely generous tea rooms and reading nooks – what's not to love? The hotel's service is a major highlight; the restaurant staff remembered us from day one, catering thoughtfully to our daily preferences and dislikes. Doing nothing but sipping tea and basking in the sun in the tea room every day—this is my dreamed life!
This time, the hotel's partnered photography service, 'Caomu Tea,' even included a complimentary ethnic costume photoshoot in Nuogan Ancient Village. The makeup and outfits were probably the best in the village. The lady helping us choose photos, Youyou, was incredibly patient, guiding us slowly through the selection without any hard selling. We were very pleased with the photos of our daughter!

GGuest UserThe environment is great, and the service is good too. The facilities are considered excellent for Jingmai Mountain, although there's no fridge. My only real issue was the bed frame; it's quite wide. I wasn't paying attention when I got up this morning, turned around, and smacked my leg, leaving a painful bruise. On another note, I have to commend the hotel for the complimentary travel photoshoot! It was taken at the entrance of Nuogan, and the results were absolutely stunning. The makeup artist, a young lady wearing glasses, did the best job I've ever had for a travel shoot. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in.
It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

MM225441****The trip to Ximeng was such a pleasant surprise. The travel guide said Ximeng was just average, so I was about to give up on this attraction. But after arriving, I found that this border town was such a pleasant surprise. It was clean, and Longtan and Molongye were so beautiful. It was a pristine beauty, not an artificial landscape. The hotel was very good, with thoughtful service and upgraded room types. The breakfast and dinner were rich and delicious. During the Spring Festival, various handmade intangible cultural heritage projects were arranged: tie-dyeing, animal and plant specimens, perfume making, incense making, coffee roasting, etc. The hotel directly overlooked the beautiful sunrise. I stayed for two nights, and my parents were very satisfied and reluctant to leave. After seeing the photos, my friends also wanted to come. I will come again next time. It is a great place to escape from the world.

AAnonymous UserA very nice place! I highly recommend friends who drive by themselves to come here. There are not many people, and it feels like a private place. The infinity pool is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold on the day of check-in, so it was not suitable for swimming. The air in the mountains is very fresh. If there were no camp lights on all night, this place would be more suitable for stargazing. The breakfast is very rich and delivered to the door. I ordered a set of Chinese and Western food, and the dishes were also very attentive. The drinks, fruits and instant noodles in the room are free, which is very humane. If you don’t want to order dishes at night, you can make do with a meal in the room. The hygiene products are also good, and there are even children's products (although I don’t have children).

GGuest UserFacilities: Children fancy the suites with bathtubs, but there is no disposable bathtub cover. The hotel drainage is also difficult to say. It rained at night and the sound of the water rang all night; the hotel has a parent-child room, but there is no children's slippers; 9:50 in the past to eat breakfast, the food is not understandable, there is no bowl of porridge, there are more complaints, it is usually difficult to give bad reviews, but this stay experience really can not give praise.
Environment: There are also advantages. It is quite close to the double-cell cultural park and the Tropic of Cancer sign park. The young lady who just came to stay that night helped send badminton rackets and table tennis rackets to the gym. Thank you very much.

The surrounding environment was quiet and beautiful, truly relaxing for both mind and body. The staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to answer questions and efficiently resolve any requests. The hotel facilities were comprehensive and modern, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Overall, the comfort level was extremely high, so it definitely deserves full marks! Plus, it's super close to Lancang Street, which made shopping incredibly convenient – I could buy so many things!

Jingmaishan Hotel really exceeded expectations. It perfectly integrates natural wild fun, ethnic aesthetics and comfortable experience. It is a great place to stay in the world heritage trip. It is highly recommended!
