Could improve more on the check in service. I booked this room in 2 different booking (on 2 platforms) as there was changes to our flight schedule. And the booking was done under my mum’s name as leading guest, other 3 person as other guests. When arrived at the hotel for check in, the staff insisted us to present the leading guest’s credit card/bank card for deposit, don’t allowed me to use my bank card for the deposit, or else they have the right to deny our check-in even I had explained that my mum didn’t bring her bank card as we are sponsoring her expenses in Australia, which I had also showed them the check-in coupon from the platform with full payment confirmation. They DO NOT ACCEPT other guests’s bank card/ credit card for the deposit even the names are shown in the booking confirmation voucher. At that time the attending staff has no intention to help us to resolve this issue but to ask us to settle ourselves in the booking App (which at this point the modification of the guest names are not allowed anymore in the App). After almost 20min of struggle with the platform app which we still couldn’t resolve it and after some hard time and negotiation with the staff, finally he agreed to let us check-in using my bank card to pay for the deposit. This is the first time I encounter such rule of insisting leading guest bank card for deposit ONLY, and do not accept other guest’s bank card for deposit payment. I hope the hotel can state this rule clearly in their introduction page to avoid similar circumstances happen again. Generally it’s a good stay with good price for the location and the amenities of this hotel. Easily accessible with tram and train. Many attractions within walking distance.

Good location with a spacious room for 4 adults. There were washer and dryer in the room. If you enjoy walking, you can walk to Chinatown, Darling Harbour, and even to Opera House, which I did. Thank you, I have enjoyed my stay.

The location was awesome. The bathroom was poor, no shower door or bench to place your clothes or hairdryer. The bed was very hard. No lounge to sit on when watching the tv. The kitchen and dishwasher were awful, so much we didn’t want to touch anything in there. The staff were lovely.

Stayed at the premium queen room with kitchen. The room is spacious. It has complete kitchen set like airbnb, and the bathroom bidet was modern which comes with a remotes.

The WORST accommodation for the money I’ve encountered. The room smelled of sewerage for the entire stay despite alerting the hotel staff about it. Nothing was done about the smell or even attempting or offering another room. Post stay, I emailed the hotel via direct email and a review reply, without a response. Before writing this review, I emailed the hotel again to give them an opportunity to explain, still no response. I will never recommend, and will actively condemn the hotel brand. I can understand that sometimes things are beyond the hotels control, but zero response from the hotel is inexcusable and leaves me no option but to leave this review. 0 out of 10

Amazing stay! We stayed over the new year and it was in ideal walking distance to opera house and bridge, around half an hour! Lovely staff and room was made up with fresh towels everyday, the toilet was next level...it had a remote control and different settings! Overall great stay and would recommend, we even got a complimentary box of chocolates from them to celebrate the new year which I thought was a lovely touch and much appreciated

The room door cannot be deadlocked, and the reception allowed someone else to have our room AND room key (after we have already settled in). These new guests opened our door at 11:30pm!!!!! The lights in the hotel are pure white and overly bright, and there is NO way to dim them. Pretty harsh lighting to walk around in at night.

The building was under renovation. Only 1 lift was working on manual mode. Very inconvenience. Also, I could smell paint chemicals whole time in the room, made me sick.

Beautiful and spacious hotel suite with a separate room. You’ll find everything you need on your trip in the suite, washing machine, dryer and a kitchen with an oven for those who loves to cook. Perfect for families planning to stay in Sydney for a couple of days. Excellent location, it’s right next to Darling Harbor, 10 min walk to Town Hall train station and light rail station (Woolsworth is there too). Has a bus stop nearby. Impeccable cleanliness, nothing to complain about. Friendly and helpful staff. One thing to note is when I booked this hotel via Trip.com it says the room comes with free breakfast for two, turns out the hotel staff never heard anything about the breakfast. Still the staff were kind enough to take care of that for me. Deeply grateful to the staff but Trip should definitely clear it up with the hotel. Overall 5/5, would definitely recommend.
