Very plaisant professionnel staff good breakfast specially lamsamane. Pancakes near to all amnesties close to worship places

Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool. Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value. Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

Nice hotel friendly stuff good location

Stayed overnight. All liked it. They took it without food. The room is large and bright. The service is fast (we needed 2 beds, the maid came and arranged it). I was left with wonderful impressions.

Номер у нас был просторный с балконом во внутренний дворик с садом, отдельно хочется отметить душ, сделан удобно, кабинка закрывается, вода не растекается по всей ванной, как это часто бывает. Супер удобный жесткий матрас. Персонал доброжелательный, свободно говорит по-английски. Благодарим.

This is quite an old hotel with some fairly outdated rooms and fittings, however it has a real charm and a feel from another decade which makes its more inviting. It is actually in a good location for tjhe Medina and other older areas. The staff are all really smart in bow ties or national dress and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with omelette and other nice pastries. Bed is a bit small and after my 3 nights I had to leave for the next leg of my trip.

Situated in the busy centre of Tangier this is a good choice for a few nights. It seems to be quite an old historical building. The bathroom was quite badly-lit. Check-in was very quick and most of the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good with the option of omelettes and pancakes made to order. There is also a garden and swimming pool. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for a relatively good price of 150 Dh.

Our experience with the restaurant in particular was not pleasant. Rude and unprofessional staff who didn’t keep their promises and were highly disorganized. We called 2 days prior to book a table for our whole family and explained that we wanted to celebrate dad’s birthday and bring a cake, ”no problem with that” - they said. However, when we were there, the restaurant was full and the lack of organization from the staff made it so difficult to be available. We had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes sometimes for a waiter to make a request. After finally finishing our meal I called multiple waiters for the cake surprise, which we had already given them at arrival. They kept promising to bring it but didn’t. My husband then had to go address the issue to the “head waiter“ but the latter ignored him and didn’t even give him a minute of his time. Later on, I called the same “head waiter“ and he responded with an unacceptable attitude blaming me for “giving him extra work“ and for not remembering to whom I gave the cake. By the time they “found” the cake - mind you there was only one other person celebrating their birthday- we were too tired and disappointed so we paid and left. Having worked at foodservice, I understand the pressure of working such a demanding job. However, being rude and blaming your client for your mistake cannot be tolerated. With organization and politeness, our experience might have been different and better with Chellah Restaurant. For now, I do not recommend and will not go back.

A hotel in one of the districts of Tangier: - fairly close to the center; - shops with groceries and essential goods within walking distance; - original lobby design, standard room with two separate beds - VERY small (bathroom and toilet are separate, it is impossible to open their doors, because they rest against the beds), furniture and plumbing - very old; - poor lighting and soundproofing of rooms; - friendly staff (especially in the restaurant); - small pool; - breakfast - buffet; - dinner with a choice of 2 courses (chicken or beef), salad and dessert (turned out to be the most delicious). They took a long time to cook, although they knew that a group of tourists would arrive.

I had already stayed there in June. Very nice rooms, attentive staff, magnificent pool terrace restaurant, excellent cuisine and VERY friendly prices. I am going back with great pleasure in November and I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, old, typical, the staff is discreet and adorable. Beautiful location, ideal for experiencing the real life of Tangier. So many choices of restaurants around, if you want to experience local life like me. In summer, there is also a musical atmosphere every evening, listening to Mr. Nordine sing Sinatra, Paco... and others... there is just a good soul for those looking for authenticity. Mr. Yassine the smiling and helpful receptionist, all the staff are pleasant! Very good 15 day stay! I strongly recommend 😍

The bellboys were all friendly, the girl at the reception was very pitiful. Correct breakfast. Pitiful rooms. We were advised to this hotel by Rocío de Alcón Viajes de Estepona. We waited forever to check in when there wasn't a single customer. They use how to claim some rooms and in the end they give you others that are not even the shabbiest pension. A NIGHTMARE.
