Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in, English speaking and friendly. The room was very nice and came with a bathtub with a shower head and tap. The buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, some decent choices, but more Chinese than Western food if any. The hotel is a few minutes from Xiaobailou Subway Station and it's pretty central for downtown travel - restaurants, the scenic areas etc. Overall, a great experience, place and people. Highly recommend

Great location, near subway, shops and restaurants. Hotel is close to needing a refurbishment, some areas a bit faded but overall comfortable and clean. Breakfast is currently being delivered to the rooms as restaurant is closed. The breakfast we had was quite good but no choice involved. Would stay here again.

Breakfast: I didn’t book breakfast, so I don’t know. When I come to Tianjin, I still want to eat street breakfast to get the feeling. Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

Breakfast is the same for three days. With the number of tourists, parking spaces are tight. It's best to leave it in the hotel. The parking fee of 52 yuan for one day and one night on the outer road is completely paid by yourself, and the hotel will not reimburse you at all. The room was cleaned after the second night, but supplies and towels were not replaced. The air guide of the hair dryer could not be installed. Even after calling for a long time, they did not change it. The TV picture in the house is not very clear, especially when the cannon is fired, it is disturbed. The water pipe must be turned on to the maximum to have hot water. This is very uncomfortable and wastes water resources. The clothes hanging rope always comes loose.
