Some rooms can see tianjin eye view 6. Can extend check out time to 2pm 7. Smart toilet bowl 8. Toothpaste is Ora 9. Free washer and dryer with detergent provided on level 2 10. Gym 11. Smart TV Cons: 1. Bedsheets has stain and blanket has ***** hair 2. Smart toilet bowl has a loud flushing noise 3. Window side cushion seats have stains 4. Need to walk 15min to tianjin eye

Fantastic location. Room was first class- everything we needed on hand. We didn’t eat so cannot comment on that. But we were close enough to all areas we wanted to be. Cannot recommend enough.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 4 Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. (Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

Generally the hotel is clean, near subway, and a few stops away from central areas, as well as airport. Staff is mostly courteous and professional. However, we do encounter a loud uncle shouting at us when we get confused and walked my daughter towards the swiming pool men's changing room (not even close though).

Pros: Location is excellent, right next to the Tianjin Station and nearby tourist attractions. Hotel rooms begin from 47 and above. Breakfast, gym and laundry locate on the top floor, 51st floor. Free parking at basement 3. Rooms come with a great river view overlooking the city. Rooms look relatively clean and contemporary, bedsheets and towels are all clean and changed daily. Cons: The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway and in bedrooms. Cigarette smoke kept coming in through the door and possibly the ventilation when someone was smoking regularly in the hallway. Especially the lift waiting area was horribly strong, clothes and hair were all covered in cigarette smoke. Small hotel, guest rooms are between 47/50, the lifts have to go from the check in lobby at first floor all the way up til 51, therefore extremely slow lifts, especially during this time of the year, Chinese new year holidays where the hotel is packed, late check-in due to the cleaners were too busy to get all the rooms cleaned up for guests to check in and get the room cards on time, breakfast buffet ran out of dining space at peak hours, guests had to queue outside the hallway. All communal areas are small, e.g the waiting areas and the toilets at the lobby. Very tiny gym, could fit maximum 5-6 people at the same time. Recommend to book this hotel during the off peak seasons, not a hotel for big families.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Metro Line 3 and the Northwest Corner breakfast area. I went to the Northwest Corner to buy breakfast at 6am, and there were not many people. There is also a large shopping mall nearby for a stroll. The hotel service is also very good, with everything you need. Wynne's service is also very good.
