Tianjin Hotels with Airport pickup service

Hotel is clean and comfortable. A good location close to a shopping center. Opposite the hotel is a small area (Xibeijao), where you can buy traditional food from Tianjin. The breakfast is ok but it’s more the Chinese style. For western guests they provide coffee, some toast, jam and the typical Chinese sausage. Don’t expect too much from it.

Nice hotel. The location was good, with nice buildings around. Plenty of facilities like the swim pool, spa, the gym, etc. The rooms were clean and comfy. Would visit there again. I really enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature and you could watch a tv show while you are on the treadmill in the gym. Plus, the room has a good view of the city, which is very cool.Really wanted to go again. 以上是两个孩子写的😊

We had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom.. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. The food wasn’t great though and expensive for small portions.

Shangrila Hotel never disappoints me. Always an excellent stay with Shangrila. Staff are friendly and English speaking. Spectacular view at our window. Sumptuous and wide variety of choices for breakfast buffet. Amenities are world class. The price was worth the hassle free, enjoyable and memorable experience.

Magnificent hotel with the highest level of service and comfort. Very attentive and professional staff. The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. I am grateful to the hotel for a pleasant stay on holidays and recommend it to all who prefer a refined, comfortable and professional level of service!

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

It was my first time to Jizhou. It was very fresh. The hotel was very big. At that time, I felt that the decoration color of this hotel was very similar to Marriott. Later, in the elevator, I heard people chatting and said that it was previously Marriott (I don’t know if it’s true or not). I have a small suggestion. The light is a bit dim, whether it is the underground parking lot or the corridor room. It is recommended to make it darker. It feels a bit lonely during the holidays. What is gratifying is that the indoor children’s playground is super big. The two children had a great time. It would be better if there were some water slides or ocean balls for children to play in the hot spring.

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

The Crowne plaza met the standards. The room was luxurious and comfortable. It was a great experience.

Excellent hotel family friendly, we are young couples traveling with 2 babies, the hotel made our life much easier whilst we stayed. Especially Barry from guest services gave us a warm welcome and helped us settle in after arriving.
