Very good stay experience. The night before check-in, I received a call asking for any needs. Hearing that we had two adults and two children, they recommended a 2.7-meter king-size bed family room for us. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after getting off the high-speed train, about 9 o'clock. I didn't expect that we could check in directly, which allowed our family to rest for a while. I was very grateful for this. When checking in, they also asked us about our check-out time. We were on the high-speed train at 3 pm the next day, and we noted the delayed check-out at 14 o'clock in advance. The hotel is really beautiful, with beautiful scenery everywhere. The light in the room is soft, and the toiletries are all Diptyque fig-scented, but they are all large bottles that can't be taken away 😂 The bedding and pillows are very comfortable. Although I only stayed for one night, I slept very well. No matter what service, the response speed is very fast! There are smiling faces and greetings wherever you go, making people feel at home. The rain stopped the next day and I went to the sky garden on the third floor to take a lot of photos. It's really beautiful! My son likes swimming very much. He went to the swimming pool twice. The water is 1.5 meters deep and 25 meters long. The water temperature is 28 degrees. There is always someone on duty next to the pool, chatting with the child from time to time, which makes people feel very happy and at ease. The next day, I finally had Tianjin snacks such as Guobacai, Jianbing Guozi, Goubuli Baozi, etc. for breakfast. I had everything I wanted, which made up for the regret of not having breakfast at Dafulai after getting off the high-speed rail the day before. The food is really rich, but unfortunately I couldn’t eat it on the last day of the trip (I couldn’t help eating two Jianbing Guozi) Next time I have the opportunity to come to Tianjin, I will stay at the Ritz-Carlton. It is indeed a must-stay hotel in Tianjin! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay - this was made so by the attentiveness and cheeriness of the staff. In particular, Ruby did a fantastic job at checkin and Maggie and her colleagues at Horizon Club were so welcoming. Definitely returning!

An exceptional stay, one of the best in China in recent memory. Very impressed with the politeness of staff, such as greetings from waiters during breakfast. Hotel is a cutural gem and had no idea it has such a rich history. Quirky and fun, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent.

It is indeed old as netizens commented, but it is a good choice for older children who don't want to book two rooms in the hotel. The staff are generally polite. It's just that one night when I returned to the hotel, I happened to see a staff member (young man) leaning slightly when talking to another foreign boy, but handed us the room card with one hand. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and they would add dishes at 9:50, which was very good! It was my first time in Tianjin, and the locals I met were all very nice. Excellent location on line 1, so great for moving around the city. Also walking distance to plenty of great coffee shops and sights. Secure swipe entry to main door and rooms. Cute coffee shop as part of the hotel. My room had a bath which also provided a bath bomb for a small charge.

Thank you very much to the customer service manager of Kailong Hotel. The room was ready when we arrived at the store. We went directly to the room and checked in quickly. The room was arranged as required with a river view. The view was beautiful. We stayed for another night decisively. I wish the store a prosperous business.

As always very pleased with the Hotel. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. The only disadvantage was that it was impossible to adjust the Aircon and the room was for me much too warm and for my colleague much too cold

After some confusion in the beginning with my room, it was finally sorted and I had a great stay in the Deluxe room. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from 5 Avenues. Breakfast was okay. Wished they had more western variety.
