The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel is an excellent, high-value choice for families visiting Odaiba and Disney. It's just a 3-minute walk to both the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations, and you can reach the Odaiba Gundam and Statue of Liberty area in just 10 minutes by train. The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all ages. There's also a convenience store and McDonald's on the first floor for easy replenishment. Front desk staff are friendly and offer luggage storage. The only downside is that the Japanese-style rooms are a bit small, making it cramped to open large suitcases, and there can be short queues during peak check-in times. Overall, the hotel offers convenient transportation and excellent family-friendly amenities, making it a perfect base for theme park visits and Odaiba sightseeing.

The location is fantastic, just one stop away from Tokyo Big Sight, which was super convenient and saved us hard-working folks some money by staying nearby. My experience during the stay was excellent too. There was a Russian lady at the front desk who wasn't very good at English, but she still made a great effort to communicate with me. I had to move out because the hotel was fully booked for my subsequent dates, but they still allowed me to leave my luggage there until I left Japan today. I genuinely thank all of them from the bottom of my heart, and I hope more of my fellow Chinese travelers will choose to stay here – it's affordable and has a great location!

When in Tokyo, Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu is my go-to. It's a transportation hub with subway, airport bus, and regular buses all easily accessible. There's a big mall nearby for dining and shopping, as well as the canal, pier, a large exhibition hall, Canal Park, and Tokyo Bay. Thumbs up for the stylish 36th-floor spa! The only downside is that some rooms might have a drain odor from the bathroom; one of our two rooms had a slight smell, but it cleared up after running the water. The other room, with a separate wet and dry area, didn't have this issue at all.

Hands down one of my favorite hotel stays in Tokyo! Watching the city lights and Rainbow Bridge from the rooftop hot spring bath was unforgettable. The complimentary late-night ramen, post-onsen ice treats, and high-quality sashimi breakfast buffet made us feel so well taken care of. Super convenient walkway access to the train, too. I’d come back in a heartbeat

We stayed here to be near TeamLabs Planets since our session was late at night. It is a really nice hotel for the price. The room is comfy, lovely amenities, beautiful lobby & a Natural Lawson downstairs. It’s walking distance to the Toyosu Market which is cheaper than Tsukiji and less touristy. Would recommend staying here if you want to be out of the business of central Tokyo. It’s an easy bus ride to Ginza from here. We had a cool view of the market from our room.

Mid-August 2026. I wonder if it's because it rained for two or three days while we were in Tokyo, but why did no one mention how incredibly humid the room was? The duvet was damp and smelly at night, making it really uncomfortable to sleep under. Maybe the air conditioning was set incorrectly? The hotel had it on auto (heating 25 degrees Celsius), which we found too hot. We switched it to cooling 24 degrees, and then discovered the room was very damp, so we changed it to dehumidify at 24.5 degrees. There was a device on the floor that I couldn't tell if it was an air purifier, humidifier, or dehumidifier. Location: Excellent. It takes a quick 3-minute walk to the subway. There's a 24-hour supermarket to the left when you exit Shiomi Station. A FamilyMart convenience store is right downstairs from the hotel. Room: The size is probably quite good for Tokyo, aside from the excessive humidity I mentioned. Everything else, like the bedding, towels, and bathtub, was very satisfactory. Though I didn't use the bathtub once, haha; the large public bath on the second floor was more convenient. So, a slightly larger room without a bathtub would be more practical. Breakfast: Not a huge variety, but the quality was excellent. We thought it was quite good, but it would be even better if they could change up the options slightly. After four days, it did get a bit repetitive~ Public Bath: The absolute best part was the large public bath on the second floor. It was spacious and very comfortable. Overall, I was still very satisfied. I'll just avoid staying in Tokyo during the August rainy season in the future if all hotels are this humid~

We stayed at Hotel Monday Premium Toyosu for 3 nights. Overall, the location was convenient, with the train station about a 10-minute walk away. There was also a nearby mall with a grocery store, which made it easy to grab food and essentials during our stay. The staff were polite and accommodating. We mentioned that the bed was very hard, and they kindly showed us another room to see if it would be better. Unfortunately, the alternative room was worse in terms of accommodation, so we decided to keep our original room. The biggest downside for us was definitely the mattress. We eventually adapted during the stay, but we could still feel the hardness of the bed each night. If you prefer a softer mattress, this is something to keep in mind before booking.

This is our second time staying here. The hotel is right next to the Ariake Garden mall, practically seamlessly connected. There are plenty of dining options upstairs and shopping is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a large Aeon supermarket, and right outside its exit, at platform 1, you can catch the bus to Haneda Airport. There's also a big Muji store nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Ginza from its basement level. While the hotel is situated between two subway lines, neither is too far away, making this location excellent value for money. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, which had four beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate (wet and dry areas), and the room layout was quite good.

Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club is amazing, one day isn't enough! It's a huge hot spring theme park with different styles of baths, both indoor and outdoor. You'll feel completely relaxed after a soak. The massage options are incredibly comprehensive! They have Chinese, Thai, and even popular Japanese pain relief treatments. You definitely need to book these in advance. I checked in right on time and almost couldn't get a slot, so if you're interested, book early! The food is also incredibly good value. The buffet works out to about $100 HKD, and the beef and sashimi are super fresh. They even boast that the sashimi is delivered fresh daily from Tsukiji. I couldn't stop eating!

Right by Odaiba Station, making transportation, shopping, and dining very convenient. The room was spacious with a great view; you could see the monorail from the window, but there was virtually no noise. The main downside was the outdated bathroom, which lacked a separate shower and toilet. Also, some of the staff's service quality needs improvement. I saw an impressive advertisement for the buffet and wanted to try it. When I went to the restaurant, it was empty, so I went back to the lobby to ask a staff member. They simply told me the restaurant was on the first floor. Thinking I'd gone to the wrong place, I checked again. I asked another staff member, and got a similar vague answer, completely ignoring my question about why the restaurant wasn't open. Finally, I asked a female attendant by the elevator, and only then found out that the first-floor restaurant isn't open for dinner every night. It makes you wonder what the other staff members were doing...

This has been my go-to hotel for years, and I really like it. Even though it's a bit far from the city center, its proximity to the tram station makes it super convenient. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan, and the cafe/diner downstairs is excellent. This year, they even opened a 7-Eleven inside the hotel, which is a great added convenience. However, it's generally not possible to check-in early or check-out late here. Even if they have available rooms, they'll charge you 3000 JPY per hour, which is quite different from what you'd find in China. They don't make exceptions even for loyal customers, which I find a bit inflexible, but I guess it's a cultural difference.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Rinkai Line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Disney. The room facilities were well-equipped, and the cleanliness was top-notch; there were no unpleasant odors. Breakfast is served on the first floor. We stayed for five nights and went at different times, but on three of those days, we encountered a queue. If you're in a hurry, you might want to factor in some extra time.

The hotel is in a quiet location, yet still close to Ginza. There's a supermarket nearby. The closest subway entrance is right behind Starbucks, about a 5-minute walk across a pedestrian bridge. There are many restaurants and cafes near the subway station. The breakfast is monotonous, only changing every other day. After 10 days, we were thoroughly tired of it and even stopped going. Plus, it only runs until 9 AM. Not all staff speak good English. They were unhelpful when we asked for a 30-minute late check-out (check-out is by 10 AM), and they didn't allow it.

The hotel also full of amenities and you can get at the lobby but is only open 2pm-12am. The amenities include cleanser , mask, and bath amenities . This is the first hotel with pyjamas and all the spa amenities which is free to take. Highly recommend but the hotel cam only check-in at 3pm and checkout at 11am . Extremely close to Big Sight. Ariake Tennis Park is right behind it. Tokyo Bay is just 3km away. The views are fantastic. Just be prepared for small earthquakes, which are common in Japan.

This is such a nice hotel to stay at. Location is in a nice, quite area. Not far from the central located Tokyo Station. Bus stop is just a few meters walk from the hotel. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful. If you tell them something they take you serious with every request. Breakfast is nice but very Japanese style with a great view from the top of the building. Only the breakfast times is very short and early from 7-9 am. Also the nearest Metro station is almost 1 km from the hotel but it is what it is. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I get the chance.
