My 2nd stay here. I love this place. Definitely coming back. Wish I would have found this place sooner!

I love this place. It cleans and quiet.

Very good location and breakfast service.

I have stayed in many hotels in the US and this was the only hotel which refused to let me check-in because I used my English name instead of the name in my passport to book the hotel. Normally, it would not be a problem at the other hotels when I present the original credit card used for the booking. But in this case, the hotel reception insisted that I had to contact Trip.com to amend the name in my booking which took more than 3 hours to happen while I was waiting in the lobby during this time. Really disappointed by the way the hotel management handled my check in.

The Redac Gateway Hotel was excellent. For starters they have bidets in the room. The breakfast buffet was so good a numerous selection of a variety of foods. The front desk agent was so polite and informative. A great experience.

This is one of the nice hotels I use most of the time. It may in in a okay neighborhood but worth it

Neat and clean. Except for the room window facing the road which is a little noisy, everything else is very good. It is worth recommending. The price is also good. I will choose it again.

This hotel is in Torrance, and the surrounding area is quite safe. I'm generally very satisfied with it. It's about 15 minutes away from the beach and not far from places to eat. The price/performance ratio is pretty good.

It's very close to Los Angeles Airport, less than half an hour. However, it is recommended not to stay in this hotel. The room has no soundproofing at all. If you happen to be in a room on the second floor, anything done upstairs will make you unable to sleep. This time I waited until the people upstairs stopped at three in the morning before I could sleep. The wifi signal is also very poor, almost non-existent. There is a refrigerator inside and it is very noisy.

Overall great! Torrence is about half an hour's drive from the airport and an hour's drive from downtown. The reception is very warm and friendly. It turned out to be a place where Japanese people gather and live, so many Japanese people also have Japanese services. There are also many Japanese restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Free parking is friendly. American hotels generally do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers and hot water pots, so you need to bring your own. But the room is equipped with Japanese toilet and microwave! very good! The room has a wooden floor, the sound insulation is a bit poor, and it faces the main road, and the passing vehicles are a bit noisy. Wearing earplugs can solve it. The overall living experience is very good, it is worth recommending!
