Short bus ride from Train station, Friendly helpful staff that made check in very easy. Twin room was quite spacious compared to other Hotels.

It takes about two hours to drive here from the light rail airport. I will go on a day trip to Nikko tomorrow. This hotel is very cost-effective. The room is spacious and bright. It is so colorful!

I felt like I was staying at a hotel that was a step above a business hotel. The best thing about it is that the power doesn't go off when you go out, so the air conditioning doesn't stop and you can return to a cool room, which is great.

The service/room facilities are good. There are FamilyMart and 7-11 120 meters away from the hotel. Just a reminder, don’t trust the distance estimates on Google Maps. It’s a 12-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station (I couldn’t walk even if you gave me an hour). To QQ), take the bus for 4 stops, a 9-minute drive.

They were flexible and responded to our sudden changes without any complaints. The location was good and helped us out considering the purpose of our trip. If I had to say one thing, I would be happy if the amenities were a little better.

It's in the center of Utsunomiya, and the location is very good. There are many underground parking spaces. It's a little old, but the price is cheap and I'm satisfied overall!

There was no dinner, but breakfast was included. The food was good, but the clientele was nice so I was satisfied. Parking is charged, so it's not that great (minus 1 point). Maybe it's not that great since it's in the city?

It was a shame that the underground parking lot wasn't empty, but that can't be helped.
