I stayed at Maxx Vienna from 11 to 15 October 2025 and had a truly enjoyable experience. The location was excellent — close to the U-Bahn, with cafés and shops within walking distance, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional throughout my visit. I especially want to thank Angelina from the front desk, who handled my last-minute request to extend my stay with such kindness and efficiency. It made a world of difference after a small mix-up on my end!
My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The separate blankets were a nice touch — no “blanket fights” during the night! The overall vibe of the hotel was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a comfortable home base while exploring Vienna.
I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and genuinely welcoming hotel in Vienna.
Fantastic stay in the heart of the city!
The location is incredibly convenient, right in the bustling city center, and having their own underground parking was a huge plus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Even better, joining their membership program got us a late check-out perk. Highly recommended!
The location is convenient as it is within 10 minutes walk from the subway station, and there is a coin laundry and pharmacy in front, and Villa Mart is a 5-minute walk away. There is also a park nearby, so it is not scary to walk around unless it is too late at night.
It was crowded, and the hotel was quite old. I booked a room with a bathtub, but they said it was overbooked and just offered a 'sorry.' It was too late to do anything about it, so I had to accept.
Nice hotel, very convenient. I also made an oolong: I put the things in the box forgot to put it, thought it was lost, and complained that it was the hotel’s aunt, the hotel seriously investigated, and the result is my own problem, I am very sorry about it! Ctrip actively cooperates with it, thank you very much! recommend!
Hotel prices in the city center are quite expensive so I settled for this slightly far away holiday hotel chain. The basics are still there so it won't be too bad
Stayed overall exceeded expectations Very good Check-in went smoothly The room was not small There was a small refrigerator for these infrastructure No bottled water Will be sent glass bottles of water
The point boasts that the room cleaning is done very well and is particularly courteous than many hotels I have stayed in before
Breakfast is also okay hot food quite a lot of bread variety is also more to eat
The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and will give waffle souvenirs on check-out which is great
In fact, it is not far from the city center. Walk half an hour to the city center church. Vienna is still quite suitable for a slow stroll. Not far from the Palace of Beauty and the market of Nash and the church of Karl
There is a billa supermarket and restaurants nearby and there is a lot of Chinese food on the road leading to the u4 metro station
Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
The hotel's overall aesthetic is beautifully green, perfectly matching Vienna's general green vibe. The room itself was exceptionally clean and tidy, with great decor and complete facilities.
