Had a fantastic experience! This was my first time staying at this hotel. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, everything was spotless, and there were no strange odors at all. I'll definitely be back. We also asked the front desk staff to do our laundry, and it came back super clean. When we ran out of water, the front desk sent more up to our third-floor room for free. The gym is also really good, and there's a snack street right next to the hotel. It's super convenient for transportation, very close to both the subway and bus stations. No complaints!

The hotel bedding was very comfortable, and the overall service, from the front desk to housekeeping, was excellent. They were very responsive to all requests. This time, Hans at the front desk was particularly helpful; he arranged an extra bed for us, provided a complimentary breakfast for the child, and pre-registered our car plate. Everything went smoothly! Two days weren't enough, so we extended our stay for another two nights.

The person we talked to was extremely welcoming and they even sent me a list of places to visit! The room was clean with a beautiful view and they will ask you if u need the cleaning service which is great too the neighborhood had a lot of places to explore or to eat i really recommend this place if i ever go back to wuhan ill definitely go again!

This hotel is located in a bustling area, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. There's even a shopping mall right downstairs. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady (I forgot her name, but she cleaned room 1322) was very warm and attentive. She replenished our water, changed our towels, and replaced the trash bags, always with a smile. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wu, was also very welcoming. She greeted us proactively, asked about our stay, and even gave us a small gift. My only minor complaints are regarding the room facilities. Firstly, the floors in both bathrooms are elevated, with the threshold stone being about three to five centimeters higher than the carpet in the bedroom. There were no warning stickers, making it easy to trip when entering and exit. Secondly, the master bedroom's large bed is next to a wardrobe, and the entire wardrobe door is a large mirror, which was disturbing to sleep next to and quite startling when waking up in the middle of the night. Thirdly, the room lighting was too dim. Adding a main light fixture would better suit modern needs.

I rarely give five-star reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Housed in a century-old building that resembles the Wukang Building, it's one of the best-renovated historical properties I've seen. The facilities are just as good as a newly built hotel, which is fantastic. The building itself is beautiful and a great spot for photos. The location is excellent, offering both charm and a vibrant local atmosphere. For breakfast, I recommend skipping the hotel's 'Wuhan Zao' (early morning meal) because there are authentic local breakfast spots just 300 meters away, packed with locals and serving delicious food – a carb lover's paradise. Highly recommend overall.

The hotel's location is definitely a plus, right outside a subway station with convenient transfers to Lines 2 and 7. It's just a short walk to the riverside, and the new, artsy landmark Yanqingli is only 200 meters away, with Li Huangpi Road also within walking distance. The room type was my favorite part. We were upgraded to an executive king suite, which had a dining bar, a separate living room, and even a small walk-in closet. It was incredibly well-organized and comfortable, and the room's amenities truly showcased the hotel's quality. As for facilities, the heated swimming pool on the basement level was a huge hit with the kids. The gym was a bit basic but sufficient for a simple workout. However, some of the hotel's service felt unprofessional. For instance, in the restaurant, which wasn't even busy, a server told us there were many guests that day and food would take over 40 minutes. Another time, I asked the front desk for a band-aid and was told a robot would deliver it. After half an hour, when I inquired again, they had forgotten about it and only then did housekeeping rush to bring it. For urgent items like a band-aid, isn't it a bit impractical to use a robot? There were a few other minor incidents like this, but I won't go into detail. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money. The 24-hour check-in policy also perfectly met our needs. It's a hotel I would definitely choose again.

Hankou Ji Mu Hotel is my top choice when traveling to Hankou! The river view is stunning, and the location and cleanliness both get full marks. This time, when visiting Wuhan Hankou, I compared several riverside hotels and finally chose Ji Mu. The stay experience far exceeded my expectations, so I have to give it a full five-star review! The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Hankou Beach is just across the road, perfect for a stroll or watching the Yangtze River light show – just a few steps away. In a few minutes, you can walk to the Lihuangpi Road art district and the popular Bagong House. There are many vintage photo spots nearby, so you don't have to go far to get great shots. Downstairs, there's a well-developed commercial area with all kinds of snacks, bubble tea, and proper restaurants. You can eat, shop, and get around all in one place, making it perfect for both city walks and short, relaxing getaways. I especially want to praise the room's cleanliness. The housekeeping staff did a meticulous job; there was no dust or water stains on the floor, in the bathroom, or on the window sills. The entire room was odor-free, the bedding was soft and clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was dry and tidy. The full-panel floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, allowing me to enjoy the entire river scenery from bed. The sunset and night views created an amazing atmosphere. The room facilities were complete and in good condition, the hot water was stable, Wi-Fi was smooth, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful rest after a long day out. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They were responsive to requests, and their service was just right – enthusiastic without being intrusive. For the same price, the location, environment, cleanliness, and service are all far superior. It's suitable for couples, friends, or solo travelers. I've already saved it, and I'll book Ji Mu again next time I'm in Hankou. I genuinely recommend it to all friends visiting Wuhan!

It's a newly opened store with a nice environment and a minimalist overall style, similar to All Seasons. The facilities are quite complete, including a breakfast restaurant, self-service laundry room, and gym. Washing and drying clothes is convenient, so you can have clean clothes on the same day, which is great for business travelers! The rooms are clean and tidy, with smart toilets, electric curtains, and a voice-activated butler service. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and there are many restaurants nearby, including a popular snack street in Shanhaiguan. I'll try it next time! There's free parking, which is also convenient for those driving!

The best thing about this hotel is its location – right in the old town. It's lively but not noisy, surrounded by old streets, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and getting around. Inside, the hotel is quiet, the rooms are comfortable, the bedding is soft, and they use Acca Kappa toiletries – the White Moss scent is really lovely.

I stayed here for four nights, and my overall experience was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan! **Amazing Location:** It's super close to Bagong Mansion and the Yangtze River, just a few minutes' walk away. All the dining, drinking, and entertainment options you could want are nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooftop terrace offers great river views by day, and transforms into a bar at night with live singers and stunning nightscapes. We received complimentary signature cocktails upon check-in, and we also ordered beer and cigars. There was even a bubble machine blowing bubbles, creating an incredible atmosphere! **Super Comfortable Stay:** Our room was cleaned daily, and amenities were replenished. They offer free laundry and drying service for clothes. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I prefer a higher pillow, and after switching to the buckwheat and latex pillows, I slept incredibly soundly. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing – despite being on a street, it wasn't noisy at all. It was very quiet at night, ensuring excellent rest. **Flawless Service Details:** The check-in process at the 7th-floor front desk felt very ceremonial; you get to retrieve your room key from a safe yourself. Check-out was quick and easy, just hand the room card to the staff on the 1st floor. A special shout-out to the sales manager, who was super nice and provided one-on-one service. They proactively shared local sightseeing routes and recommended several old-school restaurants popular with locals, and every single one was a hit! Plus, the daily afternoon tea and late-night snacks were never repeated, and there was so much food we couldn't possibly finish it all. In short, this stay had absolutely no shortcomings. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wuhan and won't hesitate to recommend it to my friends!
