The facilities are great, but the service is even better! The Holiday Inn Wuhan Tianhe Airport has an unbeatable location. Lily at the front desk was incredibly efficient, saving me from waiting in line. Jocelyn's follow-up was thoughtful and just right. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of local specialties. Coupled with the excellent service from these two staff members, my stay was absolutely perfect.

Apologies for the late review, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I accidentally booked a twin room when I made the reservation, so I called to change it to a king room. The hotel staff, a lovely and kind young lady, not only changed it for me but even upgraded our room! Our room faced the lake and the Ferris wheel, which my girlfriend and I absolutely loved. Both the indoor and outdoor hot springs were very clean, and the service was excellent. The young lady we met at breakfast was also incredibly friendly. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I wholeheartedly give it a big thumbs up! 👍

Starway is located right within the airport, which saves time if your flight gets cancelled or rescheduled, or if you simply need a place to rest while waiting for your next flight. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the service is wonderful. It's quite affordable for the standard it provides

The location is opposite the gas station ⛽ and there is a Kenken right behind it There is Line 7 when I go out. It seems to be very close, but it is under construction (I lived in January), so I can only go to another subway station. It is a bit far, but it is okay. The price at Atour is very cost-effective. The service is very good. When you enter and check in, you will be given two cups of tea while waiting. The best thing is probably the buffet. Although it’s not as luxurious as Wyndham, the food is really good. It has more delicious food than Wyndham, such as the freshly made staple food. What Wyndham can order is only what Atour can order. so much. . And the desserts are all delicious, unlike some that are particularly sweet at Wyndham. . I feel that Yaduo is very suitable for Chinese people's stomach. However, there is a black tea braised egg. When I picked it up, I thought it would have a black tea flavor, but it turned out to be an ordinary egg flavor. . You must add breakfast. There are so many delicious things and they are super fragrant (black tea braised eggs are not included). My friend left in the morning and couldn't make breakfast, so I only ordered one meal. I didn't expect that the meal would be delivered to the airport in the morning, although there was no buffet. Rich but really considerate There are also those service facilities that come standard with alcohol wipes next to the toilet. The laundry room has laundry bags and so on. After you go to the laundry room, you can put your clothes there. After filling out the form with any needs, the staff will wash, dry and bag these services. It's really perfect and comfortable.

Does the job for the price, but don’t come in with high expectations. The room is functional and clean enough, though the bathroom is particular as the shower and toilet share the same tight space, which can feel a bit rough if you’re not used to that kind of layout. The real standout is the free airport shuttle. It gets you from the airport straight to the door without any hassle, and the staff can also help you sort out your onward transport when it’s time to leave. I wouldn't book for more than a night, but it does the job if you arrive late from your flight or if you need a nearby place to stay before leaving.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; they even went to the terminal entrance to pick up my elderly parents and took them to the hotel. The next morning, they drove them to check-in bright and early. The service was so thoughtful and considerate 👍🏻! He handled my check-in process efficiently and smoothly, and patiently and meticulously explained travel information such as the shuttle bus schedule and pick-up point for Terminal 3. His service was attentive and professional, providing great convenience for my journey. I also sincerely commend Liu Zhiyang from the Concierge. He proactively helped me carry my luggage to the room, carefully assisted me in unpacking and organizing my belongings, and thoughtfully provided fruits and a hot drink. His service was thorough and meticulous, and he was warm and enthusiastic towards guests. The attention to detail truly made me feel warm and cared for. The professional, responsible, warm, and attentive service from these two staff members fully reflects the hotel's high-quality service standards. The hotel environment, hardware facilities, and service details are all impeccable. This is my top choice for an airport transit stay, and I highly recommend it to all travelers.
