We came to Wuhan Qintai Grand Theater for a show, and this hotel was said to be quite close. Upon arrival, we found several hotels nearby. We stayed in a family room, which was very quiet, and the breakfast was abundant! The service was attentive. The only thing that needs improvement is that the hotel didn't provide much toilet paper in the room, or perhaps they didn't notice during cleaning, so we had to ask the front desk for more when we ran out!

Our pet-friendly stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to K11, so even on rainy days, you don't have to worry about getting wet when you go out. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and other activities. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the wide variety of noodle dishes, which you can customize to your liking. Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The overall stay experience was very good, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep. The front desk service is warm and the check-in efficiency is high. The location is convenient to travel, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around. The bathroom facilities are intact and the hot water supply is stable. The only small shortcoming is the sound insulation, the overall price is good, and I will consider staying next time.

The location is excellent, right in the Jianghan Road business district. It's close to Li Huangpi Road, Gude Temple, and Hankou Beach, and it's also convenient to take a taxi to Yellow Crane Tower. The service is thoughtful, and the breakfast is delicious. The room is equipped with verbena toiletries, Peet's Coffee, Bama Platinum Spring mineral water, a Dyson hairdryer, and underfloor heating throughout, making the facilities feel premium and the stay exceptionally comfortable.

My overall service experience during this stay was quite good. I arrived at 11:30 AM on the day of check-in, and the room initially assigned felt a bit smaller than the stated area. The room had just been cleaned, and the floor was still wet. Around 2:30 PM, the front desk attendant proactively contacted me and helped me switch to a different room type, which was much more spacious. They even prepared a fruit platter, for which I'm very grateful. I also appreciate the front desk for understanding my flight delay when checking out and assisting with a one-hour late check-out. The staff's attitude was very thoughtful. However, the cleanliness of both rooms I stayed in left significant room for improvement. I found hairs on the floor, and there was dust on the headboard and desktop. In the first room, the refrigerator had a strong odor, which was also one of the reasons I requested a room change. The breakfast taste was average, and on the second morning, I found an insect in the food! I had previously stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn nearby for a business trip, and the prices were similar. Compared to that, this stay was a bit disappointing. However, I can understand that oversights happen, and perhaps these minor issues were due to staffing or other objective limitations, so I don't want to be overly critical of the staff!

The hotel lobby's scent is pleasant and not overpowering, and the overall ambiance is comfortable. The room comes with a mini-fridge/minibar, making it very convenient for drinks. The door lock feels very secure. The front desk staff proactively inquired about my check-in needs. The entire room was impeccably clean. After checking out, I realized I had left an important item in the room. I contacted the front desk, and they handled it swiftly. After verification, they immediately helped me mail it out. High efficiency, quick service, and excellent service overall. Five-star rating across the board, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! [Pleased]

The one-bedroom suite layout, with a completely separate living room and bedroom, offered a truly spacious feel, avoiding the cramped sensation of typical hotels. The room was impeccably clean, with every corner well-maintained, and the bedding was soft. It was quiet at night, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The suite was fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator and a sofa seating area, making it convenient for both relaxation and casual meetings. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. The location is excellent, making dining and getting around very convenient. It's perfect for both travel and short stays. I've saved it and will prioritize this hotel for my next visit. When checking out, they even helped me carry my luggage to the taxi, which was a very thoughtful touch. Thank you!

It truly made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is incredibly convenient. There are two major shopping districts right outside, making shopping, dining, and getting around super easy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of great quality—I was very satisfied. The best part, though, was that the hotel also offers late-night snacks! If I ever got hungry at night, I didn't have to go searching; I could grab a bite anytime, which was incredibly convenient. From the ambiance to the service, everything was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel isn't too far from Peking Union Medical College Hospital. The rooms look fairly new, and the facilities are decent, though there were no plastic slippers, which made showering a bit inconvenient. The hotel has plenty of parking spots in its underground garage, but you need to inform the front desk of your license plate every time you leave. Breakfast starts at 7 AM. My main complaint is that the duvet wasn't very breathable, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
