I chose this hotel because I was attending a concert. It's conveniently located next to a subway station, just one stop away from the stadium. Alternatively, it's about a 25-30 minute walk, so after the concert, I didn't have to worry about transportation and could easily walk back to the hotel to rest. The lobby staff even thoughtfully offered water to guests returning from the concert, which was a very considerate touch. I booked a basic room but received a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were also quite good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, LCD screen (TV) and air conditioner. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is where my son sleeps the most. The hotel door also uses a pin code, it is safe and there is no need to use a door lock or door card. Outside there is also have a game machine (tintong) and contains many types of games, you can play casually for free. The hotel is close to the Wanda Plaza shopping center (only 2-5 minutes on foot).. There are also many places restaurant outside the hotel.. Every evening to night there is also have a fun fair near the hotel just outside the Wanda Plaza... Good and nice hotel. Tq BO AN Hotel

The hotel is fantastic, with all the facilities very spacious and with 6-star service. I commend the employee Cora Cheng for her attentive service and cordiality.

Clean and sanitary, with complete and advanced facilities. The lake view room is beautiful and the balcony is great. The service is good. The waiter met the needs in time when we needed to see handicrafts and extra mineral water. The only drawback is that we went to eat at around 8:30 during the breakfast peak, and many food and drinks were out of supply, so we had a hasty breakfast. The most satisfactory thing is the location of the hotel, the lawn outside the first floor and the lakeside. Our family brought children and the experience was good with few people, and we enjoyed nature to our heart's content!

The service is very good. I stayed here for 7 nights. Every morning, I asked the staff and waiter to say hello politely. The room cleaning was not sloppy. I felt like I just stayed every day. The clothes on the chair will also help you fold and arrange neatly. There will be a special person to help in the laundry room. If you encounter a queue, there will be a special person to help you wash and fold in the basket. It is really very convenient for people on business trips.

The giant projector screen offered crystal-clear picture quality, and the sound system was on par with a professional cinema. It was such a treat to simply lie in bed and enjoy a private movie screening – absolutely delightful! The hotel service was absolutely impeccable. Every staff member, from the front desk to room service, was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The room facilities were all five-star standard, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding and premium bathroom amenities. The location was also super convenient, with Wanda Plaza right downstairs, countless dining options nearby, and excellent transportation links. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves movies and appreciates high-quality accommodation. I will definitely be returning!
