訂了兩晚，其它都還行，和預想的一樣不錯。除了一個小插曲，前台早餐沒有幫我們弄好，結果第二天被攔在餐廳門口，我們讓服務員和前台確認，結果被告知他們和前台沒有聯繫方式（？）需要我們自己確認，在我們再次表示肯定含早餐的情況下，兩次被攔，服務意識欠缺，完全可以先讓客人就餐，然後自己去前台確認，不管是前台失誤還是系統出錯，都不應該是客人被拒之門外的理由。然後套餐裏包含的樂園門票，前台也沒有幫我們預訂成功，導致在樂園門口又被迫等待，晚上回酒店把情況和大堂經理反映，得到的只是口頭道歉和官方説辭，甚至還以國慶忙碌為由希望我們諒解員工的失誤，實在有點道德綁架的感覺。最後經理説贈送一個酒店紀念品表示歉意，臨退房了也沒有看到是什麼紀念品，呵呵。總體感覺酒店規模和服務水平不匹配。一顆星送給船孃，很會説話，一去一回都坐的小舟，樸素的話語絕對情緒價值到位，手動點贊👍
