1. The underground parking lot of the hotel is clean, with clear signboards, plenty of free parking spaces, and I am satisfied! 2. Room: The environment is very beautiful, the room is large, clean and tidy inside, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the hotel front desk and the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful! 3. Convenient transportation: not far from Xi'an North Station. 4. It is a newly opened hotel, and all the equipment is easy to use. 5. The main thing is that the service is very considerate at the same price. If you come to the nearby area for business again, you will definitely stay here again.

My stay here was absolutely divine! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they even called me before I arrived to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, they were patient and attentive. The process for reimbursing taxi fares was smooth and hassle-free, and I even received a thoughtful farewell gift upon checkout. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The room itself was impeccably clean, no strange odors or dust anywhere. All the amenities were top-notch, and the washer/dryer came in super handy for my business trip laundry. The air conditioning maintained a perfect temperature, never too hot or too cold, and the soundproofing was amazing – I slept like a baby. They also provided plenty of bottled water. For this price point, the facilities are outstanding. The value for money is off the charts. I'll definitely choose this place again!

it took us a while to find the place as we don't speak Chinese but after showing the address to a few different locals we ended up in a ground floor office opposite a coffee shop. Not sure if we were in the right place or not but the man their told us to wait for someone else and left. Eventually someone came from outside and took us to round the corner to a different entrance and up in an elevator to a reception desk where we were able to check into our rooms. They were very big and comfortable. The only towel provided was a small disposable towel in a packet but we managed. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the train station in the morning but that's china for you

The hotel is very close to Xi'an North Railway Station, within walking distance. It's an apartment-style hotel, which can be a bit inconvenient. The hardware is complete, but the bedside light switch was broken, so I had to go to the door to turn it on and off.

Location: Easy to find, right outside the subway station. Cleanliness: Very clean, with a warm, homey feel. The hostess was very polite. Room Size: Quite large, a bit large for me if I were staying alone. It has all the amenities, and I really like the design. It's also very soundproof.

It is a perfect location if you need to travel from Xian North station, there is a metro station 1 min away! Also easy to go anywhere including the Terracotta warriors by taxi, bus or metro.  The apartment is very good, with everything that you need, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is Modern and new! The only drawback is that the place stinks cigarettes, and that was my mistake choosing it, as they  allow smokers, for that reason I would not stay in their again, I found it really difficult to sleep with the strong smell of cigarette, even with the windows and curtains opened.  There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around too.  It is a commercial building, where the hotel reception is on the third floor, they are only open from 10:00 am to 22:00.  We arrived at around 19:00 and the reception was closed, but there was a Chinese mobile number to contact someone who promptly came to open it! And if you do not have a Chinese mobile you can contact them by messaging via the app where you booked the room on.  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lady spoke English which was a plus!  The WiFi was really good!  The building has a 24 hrs reception with a security person.
