First of all, the hotel staff provided excellent service, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. For anyone attending an exhibition, this hotel is a must-stay! It's only about a ten-minute walk to the exhibition center, so you don't have to worry about traffic. Carrying exhibition materials back and forth was super convenient. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which kept my clothes clean during my business trip. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The value for money is absolutely amazing. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next exhibition.

Booking this hotel for my trip to Xi'an was an absolute pleasant surprise, exceeding all my expectations! I had reserved a room with a window facing the hallway, but the lovely lady at the front desk not only upgraded my room type but also included breakfast vouchers. The hotel is super close to both the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. On our very first night, staff even came to our room with a late-night snack! The breakfast spread also had a fantastic variety. My only regret is that out of our three-day stay, I only managed to eat breakfast once.

The transportation is quite convenient. It's about 4 bus stops from the hotel to the Shaanxi History Museum, and Metro Line 3 is right at the entrance. It's just one stop to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square. However, there aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll have to order takeout. The air conditioning only provides heating, and it gets very noisy if you open the window. They offer dessert and fruit in the evening, but the tangerines were rotten all three nights. I had to spit them out after one bite; it felt like they shouldn't have bothered. The breakfast was neither good nor bad.

Facilities: There's an AI assistant that can help operate simple things like curtains, lights, and exhaust fans. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; they clean daily. I'm particularly sensitive about bedsheet cleanliness, but this time I found no trace of previous guests' hair or small particles. Environment: The location is quite close to the City Wall, but it's about a 10-minute bike ride to the Bell Tower. There are also a few great restaurants nearby that I recommend trying. Service: Staff always greeted us when we came and went, and also when we encountered them in the hallways. This politeness really made us feel better and improved our mood. For example, there's ongoing construction outside, and they notified us in advance about potential noise and even provided earplugs. They also gave us a gift when we checked out. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel stay. Xi'an's public transport is convenient, and the food perfectly suited my taste. I experienced many things that we don't get to experience in the south.
