On New Year's Eve, I stayed at the Yangchen Hotel with my girlfriend. The hotel has three floors and 16 rooms. It is more like a high-end B&B than an independent boutique hotel. Although it is small, it has everything it should have, including a gym, restaurant, bar and public lounge area. The room is designed in a wabi-sabi style, which I like very much. There is a pre-adjustment phone. The butler Xiao Ma is warm and thoughtful. He upgraded the suite and decorated it for the anniversary. It is very beautiful. The minibar is free and rich. The toiletries are made of Aqua de Parma. The only drawback is that the shower water temperature is unstable. The next day, I needed mouthwash, bath salts and other supplies, but they refused to provide them on the grounds that they had been cleaned and replenished. The service is slightly inferior, but the flaws do not outweigh the merits. It is one of the few choices of luxury hotels within the city walls.

The bed is comfortable and provides a high-quality sleep experience. The bathroom is well-equipped and the toiletries are of high quality.
