The hotel is very clean and quiet. Every staff member is very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Zhao, who makes people feel very friendly. They provide breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. The restaurant is very clean and hygienic, and it is close to everything. It is convenient to eat and travel. Overall, the experience is great. So I stayed for another night, the price is not expensive and the price is very good.

酒店住得很滿意，地段好，交通便利，地鐵口就在附近，去哪兒都很方便。附近好吃的也很多，鐘樓小區一條街裏面好多吃的，比如正宗褲帶麪，水盆羊肉，肉夾饃啦，都是非常正宗的。想要購物的話，也有幾家大型的購物商城，像開元商城，騾馬市步行街，還有我們最高檔的s kp，都是值得推薦的。酒店裡麪的裝潢很好，素雅大氣的，燈光也很柔和，不刺眼。前台小姐姐們服務也很周到，笑容滿面的，每時每刻見到她們都是熱情的打招呼。客服部的小趙温柔大氣，幫我們收拾行李換房間，為我們忙上忙下的，很感謝她。樓層電梯口礦泉水是無限量供應的，拿着很方便。房間也很好，兩個房間是挨在一起的，有一個房間還有一個超大浴缸，晚上放一池熱水泡泡澡，看看窗外的美景，很爽的哦。房間的衞生每天打掃的都很乾凈，很感謝客房大姐每天的辛勤付出。網絡也很流暢，刷視頻看**都不卡頓。一樓餐廳也是很好的，面積很大，早餐提供的很豐盛，中西結合的，還有咱當地的特色。房間住的還習慣，就續住了兩天，真的很不錯，推薦給大家。

一家人趁着孩子放假，過來西安玩玩。住進了這家酒店，體驗感很好。地段好，地鐵，公交都在就在附近。鐘樓，鼓樓，城牆步行幾分鐘就到了。酒店的環境也很好，雍容大氣的，走進去身心瞬間舒暢。前台小姑娘們聰明伶俐，辦事效率很高。“管家式服務的小姐姐服務貼心周到，期間幫了我們不少的忙。房間安排的挺暖心的，兩間是挨在一起的，衞生打掃的很乾凈，物品擺放的很整潔。床品很柔軟，睡着很舒服。房間的隔音也很好，晚上睡得很香。樓層電梯口還提供有免費的礦泉水，很方便的哦！樓層還有小花園，景色很美。餐廳也很好，餐食很具有當地特色，美味可口。服務員小姐姐們也很熱情，有眼力見兒。離店是不用查房的，房卡放前台就行了。還有自己獨立的地下停車場，衹需要到前台登記一下車牌號就能免費停車哦！強烈推薦這家酒店，真的不負期望。

我們這次來西安一共訂了兩間的雙床房，酒店的位置非常優越，周邊有很多美食特色小吃交通也很便利，著名景點都在附近。酒店的工作人員非常的負責，有耐心幫我們把兩間房安排到了一起。都是大大的落地窗，衞生間也是乾濕分離的，房間朝向很好。採光也不錯，衞生也很乾凈整潔。床品也很舒適，打掃客房的阿姨們都也很仔細，酒店前台的工作人員認真負責。個個都熱情有禮貌，進出入都會打招呼。今天退房的時候，還有工作人員毛毛親自將我們送出了酒店，是一個非常有禮貌，可愛的小姑娘，酒店非常人性化，退房是免查房的，酒店的地下一層，還有免費的地下停車場，酒店都沒從樓梯都有免費的自助礦泉水自助式服務深得人心，四樓還有一個漂亮的“空中花園”，對於這次的入住體驗感非常滿意，如果以後來西安不管是旅遊還是出差，還會選擇這家酒店，值得推薦喲👍👍👍👍
